This company is awesome. Our HAVC is still under warranty through the builder but I feel much easier talking to Vital directly. Their techs are very polite and professional. They even wear shoe covers when they entered the house. Especially Raymond, I can't thank him enough. He is very knowledgeable and super responsive. He normally came the same day . Solved the problem quickly (some turned out not real problems but my ignorance). He has been very patient by educating me on the system). I didn't register for HAVC manufacturer's extended warranty within the required time window, Raymond even went out of his way trying to use his network to get us the warranty. I highly recommended this company.

Mr. Charles Goodson (Chuck) was on time, very professional. He fixed the heating unit and waited to see that it worked properly until something else went wrong. He went and purchased the damaged part, replaced it then checked everything that needed to be checked. Chuck is very good at what he does and he really cares for the customer. Thank you Chuck.

Raymond from Vital Air was recommended to me from an insulation specialist I called to see why my HVAC system was barley pushing any cold air. We did a flow test, and then the specialist went under the house. 15 minutes later, he asked me to sit down and went on to tell and show me how bad it was. It was beyond what they could do, but he recommended Raymond from Vital Air. He said he installed the duct systems in his house, his parent’s house, and his siblings.

I was a little skeptical because I am a skeptic when someone speaks so highly of a referral. I called Vital Air and set up an appointment with Raymond. Raymond came out and listened very intently to my concerns with the HVAC system. Raymond started his inspection in the crawlspace, and he was down there for a lot longer than the last couple of seasonal system checks my previous service company performed. Raymond came out and asked me to sit down so he can show me some pictures of the things he found. I was shocked at how bad it was and how I was not updated by my previous service company about my ductwork. I had no choice but to do a complete removal of the old ducts and install a whole new system.

We agreed on an installation date, and Raymond called a few days before and went over the plan. He assured me that his team would be able to tear out the old and install the new the same day. That sounded very ambitious, but he said they could do it. The install day arrived, and the team (including Raymond) showed up early and got to work. There were 6 total, and they were able to get it all done by 3. They stayed to make sure the AC was working, and it was like it was brand new.

A couple days later, I went to update my z-wave thermostat since the firmware was the same since it was installed 10 years ago… and I bricked it. I texted Raymond to make sure the system could use Google Nest, and he said yes. I watched the videos on how to install one, and all my wires matched the video, so I started the process. To make a long story short, it turns out the HVAC Company that installed the new AC unit 5 years ago, installed the wiring wrong and in turn the Nest kept giving an error. I texted Raymond about what it was doing, and he sent someone over to fix it.

To sum up my experience with Vital Air… it exceeded my expectations. Vital Air is now my seasonal service company, and I highly recommend Vital Air to anyone unhappy with their current HVAC company. I dealt with Raymond on the ductwork, but the Techs that came to install the ducts and bail out my Nest install were professional, on-time, and extremely knowledgeable!

We have been using Vital Air for over 4 years now continuing from when they installed our HVAC. Scheduling, servicing, timing has never been an issue. All the technicians that come to service the house are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. So far they have not tried to 'fear' sell or hard upsell but do educate you on the products that they offer. Highly recommend the company for a stress free experience.

This was my first dealing with Vital AS, so my review is more specifically for the one gentleman that came to the house, Jacob Jordan. According to Vital, Jacob is one of the newest techs. Well he was on top of his game. Listened to me discuss the problem before diagnosing it. Told me what he was going to do. Did it. Told me what he had done, and what effects to expect. Showed me a couple of extra things about the system, in a manner that I could understand and more importantly remember correctly. Was polite, conscientious, and patient. If Jacob is a reflection of what to expect with Vital, then feel very comfortable hiring them.

Rodney and Michael were professional, kind and all around good guys with excellent customer service that exceeded my expectations. We need more folks in the world like them. I highly recommend Vital Air Services and especially Rodney and Michael!

Awesome! The quote was the lowest, the technician was friendly, punctual, did a great job. He even suggested to help me with other installation without a charge. It might have been an easy task for him, but that wasn't the case for me. His attitude was very genuine. Loved it so much!

Hector from Vital Air came out to straighten an HVAC pipe that had been installed at an angle. It took him a while to straighten the pipe because (as he explained) it's much easier to make it straight when you're installing than it is to do it after the fact. But now, it's straight and looks great. Hector was punctual and very friendly. I would've given him a full five stars but he left a bit of a mess (insulation from the attic) in the garage and driveway that I had to clean up. Other than that, I have no complaints.
