Bardi Heating, Cooling, Plumbing

Clayton was great. He replaced my water heater and installed a new faucet in my kitchen. It was an all day job and he did it all by himself. I have used Bardi for several different services at my house and they have always been polite and respectful. Kudos to Clayton!!

Jacob and Javier were excellent at all the work they did for us.
They are both very professional and personable. They cared about doing the job the correct way and we are very happy with the service. If any plumbing needs come up again we will be sure to use them. It is so nice to have this type of service to review and have everything go so well.

Kurt came out and fixed our pipe that burst. He went above and beyond to explain what he was doing. He also installed an emergency shut off to the area. The service was quick and not overly expensive. All of the people I spoke to in scheduling were helpful and friendly. Very happy!

Jonathan was very good at finding the problem and explaining everything. Upfront with pricing and gave discounts where he could. His work was very efficient and clean. Definitely would hire again for future plumbing problems.

Jeff Sena and Brad Berry were both amazing. I talked with Jeff first about getting a new HVAC unit for my home. We actually talked on a Saturday and he was straightforward and honest!! Then comes Brad out on a Sunday! He was the same way, straightforward and honest. He explained everything to my wife and I and we were impressed and decided to get a unit from Bardi!! I'm so glad that Jeff was the first person I spoke with because he put me at ease about the whole situation!! And I'm equally as happy that Brad came out to the house. I am comfortable with the the whole process.

Good morning. John was friendly and efficient. He fixed the problem quickly. I have a negative comment which doesn't reflect on the service provider, but when I signed the invoice and other paperwork it was on a phone so I couldn't see what I was signing. When I got the email, after the contractor left I saw a $25 dollar fee. I knew about the $88 service/diagnostic fee and the price of the repair, but there was no transparency with the $25 fee. I am bothered by that. Even if I couldn't do anything about it, I feel like slipping it in without consent was kind of a bad business move. Everything else was really great. From setting up the appointment to the service work.

I am very pleased with the work that Shelby did replacing the gas line in my house. He was very polite and professional. It was nice doing business with him and thank you again Bardi. If I ever have any other issues with the plumbing I will be sure to call you back. Thank you again

I'm very satisfied with the service Mitch and his helper performed. He called ahead and actually arrived early. I was given a time in which the work would be completed and they finished on time. I’ve had Bardi out a few times over the last 2 weeks for different things. All of the employees were friendly, easy to talk to and didn’t try to sell me on something that wasn’t needed. They wore shoe covers when entering the house and made sure the door closed each time so not to let my dog out. They answered my questions and made sure I understood. Would highly recommend Bardi!
