My technician Vincent was excellent. The office that handled the pricing given to Vincent was horrible. The office initially tried to charge me for things that did not need to be done. I had to call the office in order to get them to lower the price for the job NEAR what it should have cost. The techs are usually great, as was Bin ent, but you need to know something about the work you ask Bardi to do for you or they will TAKE ADVANTAGE of you and over charge you. Buyer beware!

I must say we have used Bardi several times and every representative has been great. Todays service tech Ishmael T. EXCEEDED my already high expectation! He quickly diagnosed our problem, checked other factors (water pressure etc) that could have caused the problem and fixed the issue fast!

Horrible customer service. Got hung up on so let’s start there. Second I already know that my system needs to be charged. They said it would be $85 for someone to come out which is fine but when I asked what the price is per pound he could give me a price saying they would have to come out to tell me the price. So you want to charge me $85 just to come look and then tell me how much I have to pay for it to be charged. The only company I called that couldn’t give me a price. Shouldn’t hang up on people either. Not good business from the start.

Though I didn’t go along with this business for servicing, I’d like to thank Ishmael for his professionalism, politeness, and wit in explaining the issue that we were having. Unfortunately the cost of the repair was completely above our budget and we chose to go with a company that was more affordable, but I’m pretty confident if we were able to use his service we would have.

They came out & put the snake in, with no luck & still charged me the fee, after their commercial says “same day draining $93 or free after 3 attempts. Then said it would cost $5025 to repair. Mind you they never drained the water out of the sewer drain & put a camera down, which you couldn’t see anything, so didn’t get to the root of the problem. No pun intended but they suggested roots in the drain after we said that might be the problem. Still waiting on my $93 refund. Would not recommend them at all. The worker that came out & put the snake in the main drain was super great but an hour later another worker showed up with the camera, put it in the drain full of water so no end results, was not really that good. Price was said to be at a discount wow very expensive.

I would go ahead and look for another company to use. I have used Bardi a few times now. The first time was fine but the next few experiences were not up to par at all. The first time I used Bardi they signed me up for a maintenance program and did not inform me. My AC unit recently went out and the man that came out had no idea what he was doing. He claimed to “clear a clog” but did not in fact even do that. He just stood outside next to the unity on his phone (I watched him through the window). He then came back inside and vacuumed the water that was pooling in the unit pan. But he did not get all of the water. He did some and then put his vacuum away. About 5 minutes after he left, my unit turned off when it was 72 in the house and set to 68. He came back in and proceeding to take everything apart. Still had no resolution and THEN vacuumed up the rest of my water. When it was time to pay, he signed me up for a maintenance plan in which he gave me no Information on other than it was a lower price. When he sent me an Invoice, it was only then that i found out that it was an annual plan and only have 3 days to cancel. When I called, it was only then that I found out I actually have two plans and was signed up during my last service. I checked back on my email and no information on this was provided. They were only able to cancel the first one as the other plan was past the 72 hour timeframe. I felt so scammed and felt taken advantage of. I know nothing about HVAC so I want to trust an HVAC company to at least be able to help or tell me something. Here I am a week later with the same issue happening. Please avoid to not waste your money. Huge scammers and will never use again.

Don't buy into the family run thing. This is just another 1 800 Cash Grab.

I should have taken the hint during the scheduling call where they me very little info.
