Bardi's customer service is the best we have seen. The employees, our technician and the manager are friendly and accommodating. We are very happy with the service Clayton provided. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He treated us like family. His attention to detail was impressive. He made sure that we were well taken care of and answered all of our questions. We will definitely call for his services in the future if we need anything. We highly recommend him!

My husband and I had an emergency situation with water getting onto the floors and we immediately called Bardi for them to come out and take a look. Elio was our contact person and had no idea what he was walking into. From the moment he arrived to our home, he introduced himself, assessed the damage, and immediately got on the phone to get us in touch with an emergency response team. His presence was everything we needed. He walked us through the exact problems that had happened, what we were going to need, and what we were looking at far as a time frame. He was here bright and early the next morning and got right to work searching high and low for the part and securing it. He then saw the work through to the end and even made sure that we were happy with his work. We can tell that Elio LOVES what he does! He was so super professional, very efficient, and SPOT ON with what needed to be done! With two small children in our home, he made me as a mother feel very comfortable with the work being done and my husband felt comfortable leaving him here to finish out. Our water was back on in less than 24 hours from him coming in and we are grateful. We are so glad that we ended up with this company and especially with Elio as our point of contact. We now have someone to call should we have another emergency.

Expensive! The field person I really enjoyed. The shop person ($$) was okay. This was the one piece of literature left with me describing my “options.” I had to call in and request that they email me the estimate we discussed. If I had disposable income like that, I could’ve easily chosen Bardi. But my wallet dictated otherwise.

Technician came out and installed a 50 gallon water heater in a relatively short time. Was able to explain to me how the system operated, and gave insight on other steps I should take. Was most thorough in his explanation and service.

Diego arrived. Covered his shoes. Problem- thermostat would occasionally go blank and system shutdown then reboot! Diego checked then contacted a Carrier rep (?). Went into the attic and found the problem. Moisture release was at the wrong level. Got the proper tools and made the repairs, closed up and came back down. He had previously explained the problem, had taken photos ( before & after) and showed them to us!
We are completely satisfied with BARDI service and upon recommendations from others WILL RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE WHO ASKS !!!
