Gregory R. was my tech and did a great job! Very nice, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Fixed my guest toilet, did a water inspection and pointed out some items to watch. Would highly recommend!

The service was quick from the initial call. Jeremy (the tech) was very knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Felt that we were in great of hands with Bardi. Will be calling only them from now on!

Isaiah Parks was the technician that came out to do my HVAC tune up. He was very thorough in his inspection and he made sure I understood everything he was doing. Very professional.

Horrible communication. Was told one thing over the phone and they didnt hold up their end of what was discussed over the phone . I told them we would let them know if we wanted to use them as we didnt approve of the service fee. The person on the phone said no problem we will call you prior to coming out and if you dont want to use us when we call just tell us and we just wont come out. Instead they just showed up without calling me hours later and checked out the job then gave us the estimate plus the service fee ! So we had no choice but to use them since they now charged us the fee for coming out unauthorized. The job was done well by the tech but again, they did it without us aggreeing for the service. Left a horrible taste in my mouth..Horrible experience. Never again

Detected gas leaks last night, gas company out all night finding & repairing leaks in ground & referred me to "preferred partner" list for contractor to repair add'l leaks at & in house. Called Bardi this morning (on the list) .. incredible service getting someone out promptly to repair gas lines and turn gas back on to house. Clayton was our contractor and WOW! such a nice, professional, knowledgeable young man .. had full confidence in his abilities and experience, explained everything thoroughly and did an incredible job identifying & fixing problems. Locally owned & operated company that totally live up to their excellent ratings and reviews. Highly recommend Clayton and Bardi!!

Bradley J. was awesome. Did a thorough review, listened to my concerns, paid special attention toward the items that were of concern to me and resolved each one. Very highly recommended.
