Kurt was very professional and extremely easy to work with. We had a hot water heater issue, and Kurt identified the issues and provided a thorough set of options at all price points. He walked us though pros and cons of each option. His passion, knowledge and ability to provide a solution that fit our needs was demonstrated.

John was amazing! He came and told me exactly what the issues were and my options. We went out of his way to explain and show me things. Excellent service.
