Elio did a great job replacing my water heater & addressing all plumbing issues that were on the inspection report. He was very mindful of all that needed to be done & made sure that I understood everything that he did. A very nice young man & a pleasure to work with.

Jacob and his sidekick, Javier, were friendly, listened well and worked nicely together! Both men were extremely knowledgeable, explained in detail what service/repairs were needed and took before/after photos that I was able to share to prove all repairs are completed! Will be using Bardi in the future — and definitely will request these two!

The technicians at Bardi are usually great. My experience today with Mario was positive. He took the time to explain what he was looking at, why things weren’t working and the options I had from all angles. However, the final diagnosis was the unit needed a capacitor, to the tune of $600+ dollars! 😳 I would later discover that this was a blatant attempt to take advantage of my father (who is 90 yrs old) and the fact that it was close to 90 degrees that day as well. The part was quoted to be $600 alone, not including the 10 minutes it took him to install it. I told Mario to remove the part and do nothing more while we would explored replacing the entire unit. The next day I happened to be driving behind a truck of a privately owned HVAC technician who I was able to get a quote of $130, parts AND labor to replace the capacitor. SHAME of Bardi for attempting to gauge a customer that I referenced to them! Scheduling the appointment was a whole other story. I was told a technician would be at my father’s home after 1:00. I called at 4:30 to get a status update on a technician arrival. Magically, within 25 minutes of that call, Mario showed up. 🤔. This part of the process needs revamping as well as whoever is in charge pricing for services.

Isaiah, the technician, was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was extremely familiar with products the company offered and presented several options to meet our specific needs. Because of his knowledge base we “trusted” the information he shared. He took the time to show us current and potential problems we were certain to incur. He was confident and professional; but not pushy. Patient and willing to please the customer. Great job! We were impressed!

Jonathan installed a new cord from our recirculation pump to our Navien tankless hot water heater. He showed up on time, was courteous and professional, and ensured the hot water heater and recirculation pump were working as designed. He is professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to excellent customer service. I highly recommend him for plumbing work.

I use Bardi because they employ very professional and knowledgeable technicians. They will take the time to explain what they are doing and what needs to be done. You get a price BEFORE the work is done. I especially like to call for and ask for Bradley J as my technician. You can count on him to be on time and do a good job. Ask for him!!!

Daniel R. and Josh were on time and thoroughly evaluated my A/C units. Very professional .My wife was impressed because they wore booties over their shoes when inside the house. I had experienced with Bardi people before so I wasn't surprised. Good job.

This company was very professional. I just moved here from out of State. I had a horrible water leak that ran through the walls.
The technician Greg came out, explained my situation, stayed until he knew my issue was resolved completely. I'd use this company again and recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.
The technician also explained to me before he left, the company also does Air conditioning.
I will use them for future issues definitely.

Great communication. They did what they said they would do, and when they said they would do it. Technicians were professional and focused. It's just now installed but the installation evaluation is good. The clean up good as well. I would recommend Bardi and our technician Andy. We also had another great technician Nick who was very thorough and got it right. He diagnosed the serious problem and took a lot of time to explain it to us so we understood.
