The young man who serviced my air conditioning unit was very professional and responsive. I explained the issue and he knew what steps to take to identify the problem. Once he fixed the issue, he made sure to see how the system would respond over time just to ensure the problem was fully resolved. He even changed the air filter. I would highly recommend Bardi for their great customer service and professionalism.

Had a gas leak and needed a repair to a gas line right away. Called around and Bardi was the only company that could send someone out same day. The service tech, Vincent, was there within a couple of hours and he went absolutely above and beyond to make sure we wouldn't have to go without hot water for even one night. I really can't compliment Vincent enough for his professionalism, friendliness, and determination to get the job done that day. I can't say if it was a good value or not because I didn't get any other quotes and I have no idea what that sort of thing is supposed to cost. That said, I feel like it was worth the cost for the peace of mind. I got from knowing the job was done right by a skilled professional

Beware Bardi…. Charged 650.00 to replace 25.00 pop off valve on water heater. Vincent, the Bardi plumber, was excellent. I have been completely taken advantage of by this company….. buyer beware.

Mario was our technician. He came out for an initial inspection/tuneup. He discovered some issues that were not done correctly from the original install from another company. He corrected some of those and gave me advice on how to get it corrected properly he went over and above to explain things to me, was very thorough just an excellent job and a matter of fact, I signed up with Bardi to be an ongoing contract with them where they inspect my unit twice a year, I was very pleased.
