Bardi Heating, Cooling, Plumbing

Nobody wants to replace their HVAC system but if you do I would HIGHLY recommend Bardi. They came the next day since I called at 2:00pm and installed the next day. I did shop around but Bardi was the best value. The sales associates and technicians were extremely professional, informative, and helpful.

I have used Bardi three times now! They are always timely, professional, and knowledgeable. I wasn't home the first time I used Bardi, but the technician communicated every move with me through text. The second time, Clayton was just as awesome. He explained what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. The third time Amber came to assist and she was amazing. Bardi makes me feel like they personally live in my home!! I would definitely use Bardi in the future and recommend them to anyone.

Daniel told me like it is and was able to fix everything that he pointed out. I appreciate him not sugar coating anything and letting me know the truth about what's going on. He's a hard worker and does a great job.

Bardi is a fantastic company. They run their business like everyone else SHOULD, but it's getting more and more rare, these days. They are great with HVAC issues and plumbing. I recently needed my sewer line hydro-jetted and Jarrel was awesome! Very professional young man and extremely personable and professional. Joseph came out to camera my pipes and he was just as amazing. You guys hire some awesome people....proof that they still exist out there! (also getting more rare). I'm sure your training has a lot to do with this, but finding great people surely helps. Keep doing what you're doing and we'll keep calling you!

I purchased my home in August 2022 and everything been fine the heat worked kind of poor during the winter and so now that it’s hot. They came out and checked the system and was on time and said that everything was working properly. So then 2 weeks later my mom passed away and I went to turn the ac on when I had a lot of company over the house stayed hot. A associate of mine was like it’s too hot in here so he went and looked at the unit. He checked the system and discovered that the unit wasn’t properly working because of the fan wasn’t working. So when a different technician came after I discovered that problem the technician was 2 days late getting to my home. The unit is only 2-3 years old and should have not failed with their workmanship guarantee. Now it’s going to cost me almost $750 to get it repaired. There was supposed to be a 5 year guarantee on parts and labor from their guarantee but now it’s not. My home is so hot that I can’t even stand to stay inside during the day. I’m not sure why they offer a guarantee and don’t want to honor it. They would void my warranty if someone else fixed it so now I’m in a rock and a hard place with the only recourse is that they want me to pay for something that they installed incorrectly instead of fixing the issue

Beside doing the repair. Jason thought us a lot of stuff that we did not know. Very friendly and professional. Gave us great advice when it comes to saving $$$ on electricity bill from the AC unit. We would recommend Jason to anyone. He is very knowledgeable. He is a great asset to Bardi.

Bradley Johnson...Prior to starting my project after his assessment of what needed to be done, he did a great job addressing my questions. He tackled each project with care and cleaned up each area after installation. This young man is knowledgeable about his craft and has excellent customer service skills. All three faucets look professionally installed and look great. Please pass along my appreciation for his excellent level of service!!!

Brad did a great job coming out and providing an estimate for a new mini split unit. While I enjoyed meeting Brad and he was extremely professional, it was clear very quickly that Bardi does not focus on selling these types of units. The estimates that I’ve gotten so far, they have been the most expensive. I am confident that if I was going with a standard HVAC unit, they would be much more competitive is that seems to be their expertise.

I told them I had a Roman tub deck mount without an access panel. I asked at least 3x. They assured me they knew how to do it when the young man arrived he wanted to cut through to dry walls at a cost of $1275.. to change a tub faucet this simply requires an Allen wrench and you slide it off and add an access panel on the tub itself. You can return my $88 back. You have the address. Got it fixed for $300 by someone that knows the difference between a Roman tub and a Roman tub deck mount on a garden tub. In fact, it was never a question.

Your technician, Jonathan was thorough and superb. He quickly and efficiently replaced our tankless water heater. Before work was done, Jonathan explained in detail the scope of the job. I was very impressed by his passion and knowledge! If in need of any plumbing services, your go-to should always be Jonathan.
