They have supported me and provided professional plumbing repairs. And they guarantee their work. Last year, Jacob diagnosed and repaired a major plumbing issue. Yesterday, Kurt repaired another issue and provided high quality customer service in addition to his knowledgable plumbing experience. His knowledge and personality put my mind at ease. Bardi's customer service teams and managers provided professional customer service and were responsive to my situation. I am glad to have the Friends of Bardi Membership. That's how I found out I had a water pressure issue. Now, I have peace of mind knowing all is repaired and all is flowing as it should be.

The technician I used was named Sam. He was very knowledgeable with many facets of plumbing issues. He did very impressive plumbing repairs and gave fair estimates on other work to be done. He was also on-time and didn’t rush. Definitely high quality repairs. I would highly recommend him. Company was pleasant to work with-professional, customer service oriented.

Got both our 3ton and 5ton AC unit serviced today. Bardi HVAC Technician, Brandon L. arrived in the nick of time, having battled rush-hour ATL traffic and he diagnosed the issues, gave us a quote with several options, and got the work done with in 2.5 hours,. He had all the necessary parts in his van. Brandon was very knowledgeable, clean, polite and did professional work! Great customer service experience!
