Good service, but way too much communication. Calls, texts, emails, mailers all even after telling them to not contact me. Had service contact and they would call me multiple times for maintenance even after it had already been done for that quarter. Still getting calls after cancelling renewal, telling agents to remove me as contact and making it clear not to contact me in writing. Once they left voicemail asking if I would call them to reschedule an appointment to a different day (after I had already taken the time off work for that day) because they overbooked. I did not call back for a time change yet they cancelled my appointment and never showed up. All that was after they previously called and emailed me multiple times to set up that appointment in the first place.

Bardi's first visit was first focused on me purchasing a Bardi and Friends service contract program, before they would review my current need for the appointment. I did purchase it, as on the surface, it sounded reasonable (and I normally do not buy these types of services). After 3 visits, they finally fixed my thermostat issue. Not a great experience. But it was fixed. I called Bardi to schedule a new plumbing service. Thier representative provided immediate availability and told me I had to pay a service fee plus the cost of the actual service. I had to ask them about my Friend of Bardi service contract. They told me if I used that service, I had to wait 3 weeks for a technician. Wow. I spoke to someone in member services, and they did not help. I asked for a refund on my unused service contract, and they refused, stating I only had 3 days from contract signing to get a refund. What a scam! Poor customer experience. I would not recommend Bardi to anyone, to many other similar service companies out there to consider.

I contacted this company on 5-13-2023 for water backup in my Toilet, shower and Tub. I was given an estimate for 1,200 so supposedly I was given a discount which cut the cost to 500.00 because I said that's all I could afford . So the rep Toney came back out Sunday and vacuumed the water out of the shower and Tub and ran the snake through the ground and gave me a bill for $520.00 even though the problem wasn't fixed. I recommend if you have a problem try to find a more honest company . I have never heard you having to pay for a job and it wasn't fixed. I will never do business with them again or even recommend them to anyone else. I should've went with my instinct this morning and told him not to come back and just paid the $88.00 service call.

I called with a shower leaking emergency on a Friday evening. Within 1 hour, they were here to install a new valve and shower head. Took about 3 hours, and we were back up and running. I would definitely recommend using them for any same day service

Elio, the Bardi plumber was very professional and friendly. After completing an inspection, he completed the following maintenance services. He replaced the old main water shut off valve, added a shut off valve inside the house for an outdoor faucet (pipe leading to the outdoor faucet was accessible in a cabinet under an indoor kitchen sink), and finally tightened and indoor bathroom sink handle.
he also provided technical advice for a small project that I was able to complete on my own.
I am very satisfied with the services performed.

My wife and I purchased an annual maintenance agreement with Bardi ($378/year) to service the 3 systems in our home. On November 4, a Bardi technician arrived and inspected the systems for the first of two annual inspections. The technician indicated that he discovered a cracked heat exchanger on one of the systems and shut the system down (almost in a state of panic). We were okay with this as a precaution, and a sales representative came out later the same day and quoted a replacement system.

Since this is a big-ticket purchase, we elected to obtain another quote.

One business day later, we contacted another HVAC contractor for an second opinion and this second company could not validate the ‘cracked heat exchanger. Regardless, we selected the second HVAC provider to install a new system and purchased their annual maintenance agreement.

We elected to cancel our maintenance agreement in writing and verbally with Bardi while requesting a refund of $189 (one half of the $378 for the second 6-month inspections).

My wife has contacted Bardi multiple times and Bardi has agreed to ‘cut a check this Friday’ which has yet to be received. Bardi's phone personnel fails to allow a conversation with a decision maker and/or the calls will not be returned. We’re seeking our refund of $189 immediately which Bardi has failed to do.

Follow up several weeks later: Bardi continues to fail regarding the refund for the unused future services that were paid for in advance. This is an unacceptable business practice besides being unethical. This is a disgrace. Shortly after the aforementioned review was issued, a Bardi contact indicated this situation was going to be esculated to the decision makers. Again, no attempt has been made to do the right thing.

Wayne serviced my AC today. He was thorough, courteous, and detail oriented. He took the time to show me what was working well on my unit, and what needed attention. He presented options that worked for me. Thank you Wayne for getting my AC ready for the upcoming hot weather!

Very professional, attention to detail, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Angel did not have the part to my heater; but, notified me that he will get it come back and how much it will be. And most importantly he brought the knowledge to get my heater up and running in the mean time... WOW! Thank you for our heat back on a Sunday. The temperature tonight is expected to be under 30 degrees.
