Prompt, professional and perfectly installed replacement AC evaporator and condenser. They were assigned to diagnose and eventually replace parts of my AC unit by my home warranty. Arrived on time, installed, and cleaned up the work areas. Also got tips on usage and protection.

David was amazing! He explained exactly what was wrong and how to prevent it. He fixed the faint heat issue and also did additional preventive work. I love that this company also gives you updates to inform you on the arrival and wait time.

My heat went out a couple of days ago, and it was freezing in my home. Since I have a home warranty through Choice Home Warranty, I submitted a claim, and Emergency Response HVAC-R responded to the submission. The technician, David, was prompt and friendly. He thoroughly explained the issue and was very considerate of my time and home. I am very pleased with the service I received from this company. I do not hope to need another repair in the near future, but if I do, I hope to have Emergency Response HVAC-R as the company that responds to my issue.

Choice Warranty used them evaluate my furnace. The technician, David, rushed me to be home prior to my appointment. Then tried to rush and leave. He then claimed he fixed the flame sensor, but apparently switched it because when he left the other furnace stopped working properly. Now my downstairs is reading one temp but colder and my upstairs is reading 20 degrees hotter than thermostat. Before, my furnace for upstairs was working properly. I called him right after my appointment and of course he stopped answer calls and texts. Called 4 times and had to call Choice for a recall. The number provided for the company they do not answer calls or return them. Sent two emails and have yet to receive a response.

My home warranty assigned this company to comer out and repair my heater unit. The technician was not knowledgeable. He ordered a part and I had to follow up with the company a week later to see if the part was received inn order for the repair to be completed. The send the same technician back out again and he is unable to complete the repair because of another missing part that he needs to order. I followed up with the company the next day and no one responded. I requested that my home warranty company remove them from the list of servicing contractors for my home.

The 350lb worker almost broke my ladder to my attic then gave my warranty company false information to not fix my unit. What a joke. Alex is rude and does not need to work in customer service the manager did not want to assist
