I’m not allowed to put a zero, that’s what this company deserves. My family went without heat on the main floor when the temperature was in the 30’s, for ten days. I’m told a technician will arrive at a certain time and they never show up. I will not recommend this business to anyone who is having HVAC problems.

My home warranty assigned Emergency Response. The tech came out and said I needed a leak test, and documented that on my paper work, but he told the warranty company a totally different issue which they said was not covered! I cannot get warranty company to respond nor can I get through to Emergency Response. Just awful!
