I've been here three different times in the last couple of weeks for a business purchase. Every time i've been here, the staff have been knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Grainger will be my go-to choice when purchasing building and industrial supplies.

Rushed in 10 minutes to closing with a part that I needed help identifying. Stressed as I was, being "that guy" close to closing, i was helped by Michelle who was calm, knowledgeable and had me on my way out in no time. Great Experience at Grainger!! Thank you.

People are so quick to write a review when they have had a bad experience with a business. Conversely, they rarely take the time to compliment a positive experience with one. This was my first time visiting a Grainger location (Norcross, Ga) in person. I was assisted by Mrs. Michelle H. First, what a wonderful person! I was actually at the store twice this week, 12/28 and 12/30. If not for her, it probably would have been one time without a sale. I'm fairly knowledgeable when it comes to projects, but this particular one had me stymied. Michelle went above and beyond any preconceived expectations I might have had. She was professional, patient, and versed in all of Grainger's products. Which in my case was invaluable! Basically, she was a Godsend. Due to her demeanor, disposition, and attitude, she was able to provide me with everything I needed to complete the task. Because of Michelle, Grainger has a customer for life. Thanks again Michelle for your dedication to customer service!

He took the trash out earlier in the day then he comes back after they close to get what he threw out. No wonder they have to raise their prices

I visited this place for looking international voltage converter for second time nice customer service with polite words she is awesome when you enter the slide door she is front of you just order it and grab faster.

The guy that helped me was so nice and patient, actually I’ve been here a couple of times already and all the staff is friendly.

I was in the middle of a project and needed a very specific type of spray adhesive. Upon doing a Google search, I discovered that Grainger carried it and that they had it in stock. I called to verify that it was in stock in the Norcross store where I was going to try to pick it up and confirmed that it was. However, after driving 45 minutes to reach said store and trying to purchase it, I was told that it can’t be sold without a business account. That’s fine, a little ridiculous considering that I can buy it online and have it shipped to me as a private individual, but whatever. My beef was that no one bothered to tell me that when I called the store and I wasted 45 minutes driving there. Thankfully, I was able to call a friend who had a business account set up and use his account number, but even that strikes me as incredibly ridiculous seeing as Grainger’s employees knew full well that I was doing this and skirting their policy. The whole thing was annoying and a waste of my time and makes me want to take as much of my business as possible elsewhere.
