The place has great products.
But unfortunately Ms. Natalie make the purchase process very unpleasant with her lack of knowledge of Grainger products and her unfriendly attitude.

Came in today to get a sub pump Celine assisted me 100%, she found my item very fast I was in and out within 10 minutes but before that I went to the restroom so super clean....that's how all businesses should represent themselves! Good job Granger will be returning again 👍

The worker that assisted me was very helpful, but unfortunately the company does not carry what I was looking for.

Overpriced, $60 bearing found at Lowe's for $5.98. At one time they were small business friendly but I believe now they take advantage of company accounts.

The delay on getting parts still needs attention / and counter reps should be more
considerate / patient toward the customer.

One of the most if not the most expensive industrial supply of the area (Inland Empire in Southern California) But they have almost anything and they can get it right away. Their website is a joke, they should check McMaster-Carr website and learn a thing or 2. They will try to deliver anything and everything to overcharge you big time. Grainger has its niche for those who get it done..... at an over charge price.
