Richard with Shaw Air came out and accessed the issue and made same day repairs. He was very personable, professional and dedicated to making sure my air conditioner was cooling properly. He even called later that evening to confirm the unit was still working properly. I would definitely recommend Shaw Air and be using them for future services.

These guys are super talented and professional. My AC stops working at night. I called them to look into the matter and yes they did a great job and fix the problem in just 1 hour so if you are facing any issues you must hire them. they are just superb

I have choice home warranty and he picked up a job telling me and my tenant he will be arriving by 6pm he never showed up and text to let my tenant he won’t be able to make it because it’s raining at 9pm. He rescheduled for Thursday between 11 and 3. I tried to call him and he’s voicemail is always full and can’t leave any mssg so I texted him like 10 texts over 5 hours. He never respond to it. I called choice and they tried to contact him and they also left emergency mssg but no response. He later text me around 5:30 to let me know he doesn’t work for choice anymore and I said why did u picked up the work order then? He said they don’t pay him and he doesn’t work for free and asked me if I want to pay him directly. If that was the case why did he take my job? And why didn’t he text me just to let me know he doesn’t work for choice and I need to get someone else? He wasted 4 days trying to get my tenants AC working. Now I have to get another tech to come out and it’s just delaying the process. He doesn’t have any excuses except to tell me he don’t work for free. Ridiculous!!

The owner, Richard Shaw keeps texting me to remove my bad review and finally told me he will come and diagnose for $69 and then later he said he will do it for free after I ignored his texts. He maybe able to use manipulations or trying to use free service or reduced service fees to remove the review but it will not work on me. He doesn’t take any responsibility of what he has caused me and my tenant in this middle of hot summer. He keeps making excuses saying he is not affiliated with choice or work for choice. Mr Shaw, u are contracted with choice to pick work orders why did u take my work order the same day u texted me you no longer contracted with choice? U still don’t get it and it’s fine if u keep making excuses. I want people to know what kind of person u are. I have all the texts from u and also receipts that you picked up the job. I also have text that I texted u so many times during the day without any responses.

Richard the Boss himself will show up for your job and do what he does best, My HVAC has been acting up for awhile costing me hundreds of dollars until we called Shaw . who had a diagnostic tests and found out we needed to change the who system, we did and we are now fine, I will recommend this business any day anytime.

He's knowledgeable and experienced in all levels of the process from start to finish, and always answered my questions re the installation and the smart thermostat. He tailored my job based on my needs like $, the unique space and equipment, and weather challenges. I requested an air scrubber because of the benefits I experienced in a prior home. He returned as promised to install it. I admire his earnest dedication to friendly customer service as he builds up Shaw Air and responds to all challenges, head on. As stated on his VM greeting, he responds more quickly to text messages.
I live in an old home that had a 24-year-old HVAC system. Shaw Air removed the old ductwork, furnace and AC and installed a brand new system. They were quick, efficient and courteous. The new system works great. And the price was right. Richard went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. And I am! Thanks, Shaw Air. I highly recommend.
Do yourself a favor and pick up the phone and call Shaw. Richard went above and beyond to get our ac working again after we got the delays and the run around from several of the big companies I’m sure you are all familiar with. This is a company you can trust will do what needs to be done, and at a very fair price. Richard really knows his stuff, and I’m glad I’ve now got Shaw as a resource to keep our hvac running and somebody we can count on in emergencies.
UPDATE 11/18/22: Just had the seasonal inspection, Stephen came over and did an insanely thorough inspection of our system. Detected several areas that needed attention and i opted to fix them. He did the fixes on the spot. Once again, great work, service, and fair price.
ANOTHER UPDATE 6/23: Had another AC breakdown just as the weather is heating up. Richard offers to show up at 10:30pm on a Saturday night (after working all day on another customer) and worked until midnight to get the problem fixed. I can’t imagine any other service provider in the metro Atlanta area going to such lengths for a customer. And once again, the fee was beyond reasonable. Somebody give this dude a trophy.
