Shaw Air

Initially, Richard came out to help fix my heater. This was during the holidays and coldest time of the year. We all thought it was fixed, but it wasn't. We called and Richard, who is the owner, told me twice he would be coming back. He didn't show up or call either time. All he had to do was let me know he couldn't make it back, but he didn't. I am very disappointed.

A couple of late nights but, overall a good experience. We had 2 hvac systems professionally installed at a great price. Richard is a hardworking professional hvac technician that knows his stuff, he explained everything and answered questions as he worked. I would definitely use Shaw Air again.

Shaw Air was amazing! I got an email from my nest on Fri night, alerting me to an issue on our airbnb rental. Richard was able to get out there sat and had a new unit installed Sunday! So incredibly grateful for all his hard work to get that done for us asap! Not only that, but he did other kind things around the outside of the house, just to be nice!! I've never encountered such genuine kindness. Very grateful for his work and humanity:) Saved the day!

Waste of time, wanted a dryer vent cleaning. The call center took down information, gave me a time frame. The person shows up 2 hours after the timeframe and said oh we do not have such service. Stayed home for nothing

Richard was literally a Godsend. He and his buddy came out to check my mini split system out after another guy came and did a hackjob connecting the line set. I was told I had a leak by another tech but Richard checked and told me there was no leak, turns out the first guy stole my freon. Richard then charged my unit with freon free of charge and now it's working great. That honesty and care really resounded with me and I will continue to use Shaw Air for any of my HVAC needs. Thank you again.

Came quickly to our business on a Sunday afternoon. Fixed our AC unit for our commercial property since we couldn’t get a hold of our property owners. Property owners eventually sent a second HVAC team to check Shaw Air’s work. They wrote a report that Shaw Air did an excellent job and there was nothing left to do. Highly recommend. Honest and hard working. Fixed on 1st try.

Shaw Air is Amazing. Richard the owner, I met him almost a year ago when I was planning on getting my AC/HEAT installed and I knew instantly that he is the one! Due to personal issues I couldn’t continue the job until 1 year later. & I am truly satisfied with the work! Richard really goes above and beyond with all of his work and will make sure that the work is done NO MATTER WHAT. POINT BLANK PERIOD! He will do anything until you as a Customer are satisfied! Got so lucky with this company! Great people very polite and friendly with the children and the pets! Got my units installed at a great price could not have got a better deal! Everything after finished looked very professional and it’s running great! What surprised me the most was after they left it looked like they were never here. Very Clean! Hands down the best experience I have ever had with an air conditioning company. My air conditioner had stopped working and the day I called... Richard was out immediately. I needed a new AC unit, unfortunately, but it was a no brainer going with this company because of their professionalism and reasonable pricing. I had a new air conditioner installed that exact same day it blew me away (literally).. I am so grateful and thankful to have found this company what a blessing. Thank you so much for your hard work... I have already referred several of my neighbors to you And look forward to seeing you again in the future for my maintenance visits.

I called Richard on Saturday morning and he was able to schedule me for Monday morning. Osmond and Stephen came to my home in Douglasville to repair the dryer vent. They were pleasant, straight to the point, and fixed my issue with the dryer connection. I will use the service again.
