    I have used Comfort Temp for over 25 years and have never been disappointed. The technician who originally did most of my work is now their "tough job" guy and his son does my routine work.

    They even try to get my cat to like them, but she won't go along!

    I've had this outfit service my gas furnace and AC unit for 25 years. Installed new furnace and AC unit about 3 years ago and did an excellent job. The staff is very reliable, responsive and will educate you on the basics. Their yearly service contract is under $200 and is an awesome value to boot!

    Great Company!! Friendly reliable staff and customer service. They have handled my 20 year old furnace starting in 2002. They managed to nurse it back to health and get another 11 years of service from it! I fully expect to get even more from the new unit they installed. Great service plan and fast friendly service. I wish all contractors where this honest and trustworthy when I have other repairs.

    My familoy and I used Comfort Temp for decades and they were always terrific. Not only professional and friendly when inside my home, but Paul would even call to remind me when it was service time in case I was swarmed at work and forgot to call them. Always a great price and Always available.
    Over the decades they maintained our HVAC, installed an Air Filter unit and always gave us great price and service.
    I had to move out of their service area two years ago, anbd I am still searching for HVAC service that can live up to the high bar set by ComfortTemp.

    First guy came out and couldn't find a problem. Blamed it on the Nest wiring (that I have had for 2+ years w/o problem). The CT owner (I believe) immediately sent out a veteran who climbed into the crawl space and found a wire buried behind a retention type wall near the chimney (not viewable w/o pulling it out) that had been chewed on by some rodent. The wires touched each other w/o coating and was shorting the system causing my unit to cycle on and off. He fixed that and it has worked wonderfully since. Very reasonable pricing as well! Thank you!

    I am surprised at the answer given by Mr Paul, who is attached.
    I regret that a company does not take care of the brand CARRIER they represent, I do not know how to qualify the distributors of products and services in the US, but in my country the brand is the same as names and surnames, this is above all else.
    The last maintenance was on June 16, 2016 and now it answers this.
    I see on the web that many complain about Mr. Paul
    I hope that CARRIER can evaluate this response and take the measures of the case, since they must be the most interested in generating value to the brand
