Richard was diligent and knowledgeable and was able to give advise on how to take steps to resolving future issues and did all this with a great attitude. Thank you so much Richard and Shaw Air.

Richard, the owner answered my call at 12 in the morning when my a/c went out. He said he would come out that same morning and he did. He got my a/c unit up and running that same day. He was professional and personable at the same time. He explained and showed the issues with my unit and it was overall a pleasant experience.

Excellent service. Their customer service is second to none and these guys are very knowledgeable and courteous. Whenever I have used their services, they arrive right on time, are never late. That makes them so reliable!
