Shaw Air

Paid Shaw to install a mini split for us last Spring. He was highly responsive and quickly came to install the unit for us. We chose him over 2 other companies because of his responsiveness, warranty, and service contract.

9 months later- service contract was never honored, and it took 10 phone calls and over 3 weeks, and 2 no show appointments before having someone come look at it to see why it isn’t working. First we were told the unit was 230V and our power supply was incorrect (even though we paid for a 115v unit). Next we were told the condenser flooded and it needed to be replaced. Then radio silence.

Shaw is wonderfully responsive and quick to work on high laying installs, but if something goes wrong he will not fix it. Also don’t expect your service contract to be honored.

Richard and his team did a great job from the time I initially called them until they completed the work. Reasonable pricing, great job of troubleshooting and providing details on what the issue was and options for resolution. I will absolutely recommend having this team on your speed dial if you have HVAC issues. Organized and very timely response to my call and need for HVAC service. Also military and Veteran friendly!

The people at Shaw air are very competent at what they do. I hired them to install new AC units throughout the house. Richard came by the very same day and impressed me with an awesome service.

Richard is on top of his business and earns it. He listened better than other quotes I received, and his effort, price and explanation of the system was better than expected. I highly recommend Shaw Air if you are looking for people who can repair your HVAC system asap, be it day or night. These guys are life savers. My AC malfunctioned in the middle of the night and Brieaah came by my house shortly after I called them and found and fixed the issue quickly.

Shaw Air is amazing. Richard is guaranteed to get the job done and truly takes care of the customer. I was having worries the issue wouldn’t get fixed smoothly and easy but Richard was able to handle and fix the unit within 20 minutes.
