Always a pleasure to shop here. Staff is fast and knowledgeable. Only complaint isn't against the store its against the way business is done now. That is that normally previously stocked items now have to be ordered but they still come in fast.

We own a HVAC company (day & night heating and air) so we start buying some parts at this place and we like it people on front nice and they very helpful, thanks a lot

I ordered two large metal cabinets on-line. The cabinets themselves were actually quite sturdy and will be great for storage. However, both were damaged during transport. It's been difficult to get them to work with me about the damaged merchandise and they refuse to post any type of negative review on their site...so I can't warn customers shopping there to check for damage upon delivery. I'm not sure I will order again. The cabinets were pricey, but would have been worth it had they not been damaged.

Good selection of milwakee tools in stock, will be back here next time.

Placed an order for over a month, called it to check the status a week before the expected date, everything went fine until the date the order is due to pick up, the customer service said the order was cancelled. No communication on the cancellation, and no reasons were given. Wasting your time. Very bad business practices. False advertisement. Stay away at all cost.

Ordered two fans with pullie , motor and belts. Grainger called and told me my order is in store and ready for pickup. We drove an hour to norcross Ga. When we arrived only half the order was in store. The manager told us it was our fault because we didn't ask (whoever called us ) if the hole order was in. Keep in mind the hole order was on one ticket. Wow!

Definitely disappointed in Grainger! We were approved for $1,000 credit so we decided to order a paint sprayer to start painting ceilings for our clients. The day of pickup, inside Norcross store, we were asked were we paying with cash or credit. Long story short, Grainger and their team gave us a credit of $1,000 and took it back without warning(no call no email). We have waisted a clients time as well as our time and gas thinking we were starting a new relationship and opening a new net 30 account to get supplies and take on new projects. This isn’t right at all. We will find another company to work with and will not recommend.

Made my purchase on line. Pick up at the store on way home from work. Saved the shipping costs.

Extremely happy with the service I received from Grainger.

When a competitor informed me repeatedly that they did not sell parts to the public, Grainger was more than happy to assist. Via phone, a rep very quickly found the model number on the capacitor I needed and had one held at this location for pickup later in the day. (It was actually one of the best over-phone experiences I've had.)

Service upon pickup was superb. The employee who helped me even pulled out the part and told me which connectors in the A/C unit should connect to which capacitor nodes.

Note that Grainger does not sell all parts to the public. If you need a part for a DIY job, find the Grainger most convenient to you (via their website) and give them a call.
