The team at United Air Temp was very professional and worked hard to get my unit repaired. They even sent someone over at 9 PM when my upstairs unit stopped running. I signed up for the maintenance program and would encourage others to do so. Overall, I think they did a great job and would recommend using them in the future.
AHS home warranty sent this company and each time instead of fixing trying to fix the problem, they try to sell me a new entire system. My compressor was purchased a couple of years ago. The system works! The techs come and say they can’t fix the minor issue, sends the manager and he only tries to sell me a new system and doesn’t fix it. If I am looking to buy a new system, they would not get my business. These techs don’t care about me or my system. They just want to sell me something.
I have a home warranty with AHS, they dispatched UAT for my HVAC heat repair. My technician *** DIEGO*** was thorough, knowledgeable, prompt and fixed my HVAC issue. My experience thus far with home warranty through AHS has been disturbing, to say the least. They utilize sub contractors that actually should be reported to the BBB. Not this time! Ive dodged a bullet with Diego. UAT, make sure you keep him!
Came twice sending the same inexperience Tech. The Tech was very polite, but surely did not have enough experience as he was on the phone with his manager the majority of the time he was here. I spoke to the tech's manager and he stated to me my repair was above the tech's pay grade. As of today I still have not heard back from the manager as to having it repaired or going back to my warranty company for another estimate from someone else. This is a very unprofessional company with no return phone calls or they do not send invoices as to want they find. I receive an invoice for last visit but never one from 3 weeks ago which I mentioned to manager who was to busy putting blame on other companies failures.
This is the best time I every had with any ac company. Parker is amazing and did a wonderful job. He clearly care about his customers and is patient. He wore a mask and shoe covers to make sure he don't dirty my home. Thank you Parker!!!
My air was out so, I was pleased when this company showed up earlier than expected. The technician explained the issue & changed out the defective parts. The service repair did not take long and the visit did not affect the remainder of my day.! Great service! I could see myself calling the United Air Temp company even if I didn’t have AHS!
