our home warranty company sent United Air Temp out to fix our AC. it went out on Friday I called and they had someone here Monday morning. The technician Eric called to actually come 1.5 hr before the scheduled time which was awesome! Eric was very courteous & knowledgeable. He had my AC back up and running in. No time has been the hottest week this Summer and I am most appreciative!!

Took five attempts to resolve my A/C unit problems. Only after I requested and involved a supervisor and senior technician did the problem get resolved. Still waiting on a resolution on my outside cut-off switch which was cracked and broken during original failure repair.

Hot summer days is an understatement. Needed repairs to our downstairs AC unit. Company called the day before and explained a tech will be in contact with us and gave us a 2hr window. The day of service, technician Quinton called 30 minutes prior to arrival, arrived at said time. Was very professional and discussed all that he would be completing during the service. Very professional and on time and went over warranties and all that company has to offer! Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful humans! The technician did everything he could in attempt to fix the problem. He was professional, early to the appointment, and thorough. Once he had exhausted all options for repair, he asked the branch manager, Mason, to come ensure there wasn’t anything he may have missed. He communicated everything with me and was given all possible options for repair. Very pleased with the outstanding customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. It is apparent that they are true masters of their craft.

The technician was on time, professional and explained what he was doing. He answered questions and made suggestions. The only concern was that he didn't have a ladder to get into the attic, however, he did explain they don't normally carry them because of the size truck they drive but when I call in the future, I should request they have one with them. As it turned out, it was the outside unit that had the problem and he was able to repair it and made sure the unit was cooling before he left. Very pleased.

They scheduled me within two days of calling. My window was between 9-10 am. The technician was there by 9:15. He determined the problem and repaired it quickly. Very pleased with the service.

If there was an option for 0 stars that is what they would receive for lack of integrity and intentionally taking advantage of people.

My warranty company sent them out because my ac wasn't cooling. After accessing my unit they determined that there was a leak and it needed to be filled with coolant. The tech didn't have what he needed to refill it (thankfully) and rescheduled to come back the next day. I was quoted that the warranty only covered $10 per pound for the coolant and I would need 15 lbs.

i was quoted $154 per pound out of pocket to refill with 410a coolant. I called at least five other HVAC companies in the area as was quoted $75-$80 per pound. I called United Air Temp back to make sure the tech had quoted correctly. Yes it was indeed $154 per pound.

If they are sent from your warranty company,........for you own protection, ask for another company that has integrity and doesn't intentionally take advantage of people.

I was also quoted $10k for a new unit. I bought the same one I was quoted today for $5k from another company.

They were trying to charge me double for the coolant.

United Air Temp made contact with me and maintained it throughout the repair process. The tech was very professional. He effectively resolved the cooling problem in my mother's A/C system. I received feedback and recommendations when the tech completed the job. My mother was satisfied. Thanks UAT

I have been keeping track, and I can say that for the third time in a row, these folks have exceeded my expectations. They are very knowledgeable, and are willing to disclose that knowledge in a friendly and professional manner. Moreover, they always do something extra beyond the task. They never have to come back to redo any work, unlike other companies. Also, unlike many other companies, there are never any problems with setting, or with keeping appointments. I have recommended them to friends, because for my money, they are the go-to A/C people for Jacksonville, Florida.
