The company and technician demonstrated Timeliness, Professionalism, and Problem Resolution to a high degree. After contacting American Home Shield, I was quickly contacted by United Air Temp and scheduled for the initial visit/ evaluation of the problem. On site, the technician advised me of the next steps (ordering parts) and gave me a general timeline. I didn't keep track, but I think the parts came in well on time. The follow up visit to install them and then check over the system was within a very reasonable time frame. I'm very impressed with the service!

They were very professional over the phone and with me having a/c issues on a Friday, I was hopeful to have an appointment set up within the next 24 hours because the heat was unbearable. To my surprise, they had an availability the very next day! The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong before working on my outside unit. The work was quickly done and reasonably priced. He had my a/c up and running within an hour of him coming to my home. I couldn't be more satisfied! I will definitely use them again!

I think in Florida anytime your AC stops working you panic. United Air has some of the best customer service I've ever encountered. Eric the first technician came late on a Friday so they could try and help me before the weekend. He was so helpful and professional I ended up signing on for a yearly contract to make sure this company maintains my unit. He came back Monday with 2 other technicians and they were just as great as Eric. Quenten and a trainee also named Eric. Call this company ASAP!

If you have a month to wait to get nothing done, and like dealing with a company who never calls you, never communicates with you, and when you call them they say they will get back with you the next day, but never does. These are the guys for you. If you want to be treated rudely by the home office when you call after three weeks of waiting for an AC repair in Florida, then these are the guys for you. If you want to pay double for parts (at least that was the quote, they never actually did any work), then these are the guys for you. Read the other reviews and call someone else. If you have AHS, you can request another company. The first two days with this company seemed promising, but 28 days later, I had to call someone else who fixed my problem in one day.

United Air Temp scheduled a service call shortly after they were contacted by AHS due to water leaking from my chiller into the house. The technician came out first thing the next morning and quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Excellent service, very courteous technician and quick problem resolution. I would recommend them to anyone needing A/C Services.

I was very pleased with Eric who serviced the furnace. On time, polite, knowledgeable. He went the extra mile taking out a part and cleaning it. Never saw anyone else ever do that. He took the time to explain things to me. I was impressed!!!!
