BUYER BEWARE!!! I was forced to use this company as they were assigned through American Home Shield. When the assignment was made, i did get a call the same day, but the earliest available time they had was 4 days later. I had to call and complain to AHS and they moved it up one day. Since I was "on call" it was SOME TIME that day b/w 9am and midnight. The tech came, said the machine was frozen and turned it off and left. I had to call the next day to schedule the follow because they wouldn't do that from the field. Turned out i needed a new blower. The part got ordered but when i called to find out the ETA, the customer service person said he had no idea when it would come in. Basically said, don't call us, we'll call you when it comes in. And refused to schedule any follow up until then. Considering they keep saying they are "super busy" and took days to get me on their schedule, God knows how long i will have to wait to get a functional AC. Absolutely terrible customer service. If I weren't using AHS, i would never use this company.

The gentleman was very diligent about his work. He checked every detail until he found the problem. Very patient. Awesome job!

Can’t believe I had to wait three days for a 10 minute fix. So grateful the tech knew exactly what was wrong when I explained it over the phone. When he arrived he confirmed that was the problem and had my AC working again in less then 10 mins. Fast and easy service. They are just booked up

Absolutely WORST air conditioning company I have ever had come to my house! Google gave me more information than they did and 2 months later my AC is still leaking. The service guys literally came out and taped the insulation (twice) I already had around the pipe more. I’m done with them and American Home Shield! Don’t waste your time or money!

Great job for the ac maintenance they did on my older unit.

Service not yet completed but so far they are doing good. A service that required them to take the unit with them had to be done.

Phillip came out and did the Maintenance on our Units today and he was so very professional and THROUGH. He explained everything to me upfront about all of the things he would be looking at and actually showed me pics of what my coils and and unit looked like before and after. I am actually impressed because I never knew the maintenance checks were that detailed. Phillip made me feel very comfortable and trusting of the service I received today. I will HIGHLY recommend United Air Temp to everyone I know, thanks to my experience with Phillip. He also had a trainee with him, Cedric. I can honestly say that I know Cedric is good hands with Phillip and will get the best training Unite Air Temp has to offer, thanks to Phillip! Thank You, Unite Air Temp for employing such great people of Professional Standards! :)

United responded quickly to my request. The technician was polite and on time

My AC was short cycling after on and off issues. Guy came out, replaced TXV, added some freon, said it would be all good. Not even 3 hours later the system was back to short cycling. By the end of the next day the entire unit was dead. I'm now stuck in Florida without AC until Monday because they don't have any time to come out and repair a problem they literally caused.
