    My A/C failed on Saturday morning. I called Superior who was the installer for my new home. I got an answering machine stating that they are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. I left a message so I would be first on the list for Monday morning. Much to my surprise I received a call back from Superior within a few minutes. They were extremely prompt, professional and caring. They sent out a very nice young man named Elijah who showed up in about an hour or so. He was polite and courteous and repaired the system in a very short time. He even stayed to test both the heat and air. What a great an unexpected experience especially these days. I can not say enough about this company!!! BRAVO....

    I used Superior to fix the AC unit that was out at my Subway location. I had been dealing with another company prior to that was giving me the runaround for days. I called superior off of a recommendation and they were extremely fast, professional, and a joy to deal with. Elijah, the technician was out at my facility within 2 1/2 hours of placing the call and had my system up and running again before the end of the day. They have earned my business on any of my units that need work, and I would recommend them to anybody looking for a reliable source of maintenance!

    Mike at Superior did such a great job at our home! We were in need of a condenser repair and he was in and out in an hour! Walked me through everything and even made great suggestions for a future unit. Erica booked us for an appointment in place of someone's cancellation on the same day, talk about fast service!     We recently had a new Heating & Air conditioning unit installed and during a maintenance check I was very impressed with the Service Professional Mike. He was truly a professional. He gained my immediate respect when he did something that no other technician has ever done. Even though he did not have to, he removed his shoes before entering our Home. His comment was he likes to treat his clients home as if it was his own. As if that was not enough, he took his time and evaluated the problem and make a quick assessment of the situation. He identified a wiring issue and had all the tools to correct the problem. He was very friendly and engaging with me as a client and was bothered by my presence. He even gave me a resource for a compression sleeve for my Diabetic Leg. Now how is that for service? Superior is definitely a great name and Mike exemplified that 100 percent. Superior work Mike.

    Thinking that I could solve my heating/cooling issues after a lighting strike I was mistaken. It took a pro like Mike the technician to fully solve my problem(s). Totally professional AND the service call price was half of what I expected.

    My A/C system quit working on the hottest of days. Gerry, a fantastic service technician came to my house right away to diagnose the problem. He was professional and extremely courteous. He diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly and best of all, inexpensively. I would highly recommend this company and especially Gerry for any heating/cooling issues.

    Our warranty provider put us in contact with Superior Heating and Cooling of NE FL. The lady on the phone (I think her name was Julia?) was helpful. We had to coordinate multiple schedules so my mother and I called a few times. Michael came to the house. He was very respectful of social distancing and wore a mask around us. He quickly identified our capacitor was the issue and replaced it on our 20+ year old unit. The entire process was very smooth and efficient. Our AC works like new. Highly recommend.
