I have been using this company for all my Heating and cooling units for years and they have been very professional and amazing. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism. They back their work 100% and they do all they can to make sure that their customers are happy. This customer is a customer for life. It is hard to find good people and good service these day and Superior Heating and Cooling is the epitome of good service and good people. Thank you Superior Heating and Cooling for giving me a good peace of mind that you will take care of us when it comes to battling the Florida heat and those cold days in the winter. I want to say this company stand by their values. Even though they could not repair our AC and it wasn't their fault at all. They did everything to assist me with EVERYTHING!! I will say when I need an AC company I will call on Superior to assist us!!! I appreciate their concerns for our broken dinette set and did everything they could to get us a new one!!! Listen call on them and use them you wont regret it!!!!

Superior heating & cooling completely removed and replaced all of our ducting in our 2500 sq foot home. You won’t find a better company to do business with. Jerry and his whole team were so professional, trustworthy and reliable not to mention that they made sure our family had portable AC units to keep us comfortable while they replaced our Ducting.
Only half of our house was getting cold and now after Jerry removed & replaced everything and made adjustments so now the whole house is a wonderful consistent 68 degrees throughout our whole home!

Superior Heating and Cooling was sent to our house a few days ago by our warranty company to fill our refrigerant and fix a potential leak. After having an unpleasant experience with one of their employees i was contacted directly by the owners, that same day, who immediately took action on what had happened and deeply apologized. The very next day Gerry himself came and inspected the unit and found out there was no leak but another issue. He explained the problem, took care of it, and ordered a part we needed without us having to make multiple calls to our warranty company.
Despite the first impression, they have now gained a customer and i am happy and comfortable recommending them to my friends. You can tell that they are genuine and truly care about their clients and want to do right by them so that makes me trust them. Things happen and sometimes employees do not represent you the way you want them to, but the way this situation was handled left me impressed by their professionalism and good values.

Superior Heating & Cooling was sent to my home by my home warranty company. Jerry was very accommodating and showed up on time and was a pleasure to talk with. Eric came out with all of the parts to make the repairs and was very knowledgeable, respectful and had me back up and running quickly. Though dealing with Home Warranty for an AC is not fun and takes time, Superior Heating & Cooling really did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend their service.

Gerry was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very hard working. My AC broke down and it was time to replace it. Gerry and his team showed up with masks and shoe covers, which I really appreciate. We have called Superior Heating and Cooling for as long as I can remember. The technicians are always prompt, professional and knowledgeable. We have always appreciated their honesty which made it an easy decision when the technician, Robert, recommended to replace our heat pump. The installers, Jerry and Davon, came the next day and they took their time and and ensured that we received quality service.

The lady that answers the phone was super sweet and understood the urgency of needing someone to come out ASAP. We’re from up north and have some health issues that make it really hard to be without AC. Plus we have dogs that can’t handle the heat. She gave me the first available and then called back with an earlier appointment. The technician was very polite! (We loved that he had a Philadelphia Eagles mask on too) He quickly discovered the problem and fixed it. He cleaned everything up and in no time we had a cool house again! I’d definitely recommend this company!!

Gerry and Davon were excellent at installing a completely new HVAC unit and duct system. They were very professional, attentive, and thorough. I was given an explanation and documentation for all of the work that would be done and they kept their word. I would highly recommend Superior Heating and Cooling to anyone.
