Von's Heating and Air Conditioning Repair

When I called Von's after our A/C stopped working, they were able to get someone out to diagnose the problem same day. Tyler was knowledgeable and professional, and even answered my many questions by text later that night. We purchased a new high energy efficient system. Install could have been as early as next day. Chris and Austin were great. Arrived on time and ready to work. Great customer service. Super happy with Von's.

Amazing company. Not only did they come out on a weekend, a holiday at that. Our AC decided what better gift on Father’s Day than a BRAND NEW unit. Everyone was very professional and polite from the service call, to the technician ( Chris I think), to Derek the GM, and to our two amazing techs, Ernie and Brandon, who are working hard to get the AC complete. After calling around to a few place this was by far the best value and the fastest turn around. Also a Huge thank you to Derek for upgrading us when he discovered the model we had chosen was actually damaged instead of making us wait for that exact model to be reordered etc. We are sooo grateful for this company and will be recommending to all of the locals 😊

I can't say enough about Von's and recommend them without question. From the first frantic late night phone call with Chris who got me schedule the very next morning, to David, the first repair tech who wouldn't give up, to the efficient, hard-working, knowledgeable, and patient installation team, headed by Earnest, all went above and beyond for me. Each carefully explained what to expect, how the system worked, and how to care and maintain it. These are good, honest people, start to finish, who answered my questions and cleaned up their work area better than they found it. No complaints whatsoever.

I am so glad I had Von’s install my A/C my air conditioning was not working when I came home at 8:00 pm. I had a fantastic experience with Von's. I had 4 quotes from different AC companies for a full system replacement and new duct system. All of the other companies prices came back about 25% higher and projected 5-8 days to get the job done. Von's got it done in a day! Tyler the sales rep also worked on the installation team along with 6 other guys to get it done. They were efficient and clean, and we had a great experience. Locally owned and operated is a bonus as well. I highly recommend their service.

My brand new AC went out and the contractor that installed it was out of town so I called Von's. Not only did Terry come out the next day, but was super fast, professional, and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this company for your AC needs!!
