Matt and all of the team at B Cool were great! We built a custom home and had some issues with the planned locations of the air handlers. Matt gave us alternatives which freed up attic space and garage space! He was very methodical in his placement of vents and made sure we were happy along the way. The text message warning of arrival with a picture of the tech was great too. Highly recommend B Cool!

Our AC went out overnight and it was 81 degrees at 3:00 am. B-Cool had Dennis out by 10:30, and he had our capacitor replaced before 11:15! Thank you so much for the quick response time! Life savers.

B-Cool was recommended to us by a trusted friend that has used them multiple times in all of his properties. From the time of my phone call requesting an estimate to having a new system installed took a total of 6 days which included a weekend. Blake, Adam & Stephen were the technicians that removed the old unit and installed the new HVAC. Special kudos to Blake for dismantling and removing the heavy rusted old unit from a very tight attic with only a ladder and scuttle hole for access. They were all courteous, knowledgeable, hard working and professional. It took a full day from 9am-7pm to complete the project. They cleaned and polished behind themselves and left no trace that they’d been here. The new unit is working beautifully and we couldn’t be happier. We will be using them for all of our HVAC needs going forward.

We got a unit years ago and last month it stopped cooling.
They were quick to answer the phone and sent me a technician right away. I was impressed by how diligent Jeremy, their technician was in checking everything and making sure that my system was up and running.
He was honest and explained everything.
I will surely keep using them for all my A/C needs.

These guys were great they had a split system installed in my garage in barely more than 24 hours after doing the estimate. The only thing I would recommend is that you teach your installers to leave someone's home cleaner than what they found it. While they did clean it up, I had to ask the gentleman to clean the mess up on the garage floor. Very friendly and very highly recommended!2
