He was very detailed and kept everything transparent which was highly welcomed. He was warm to my dogos even though one kept barking at him. One of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had with a repair man. Highly recommend him to anyone who asks. Thanks guys for recruiting such a person. Best hopes for the company and well wishes.

I used B COOL to do a check up on my air conditioner and two weeks later had to call a different company to fix my Air conditions. The Tech from B-cool was professional, however, I feel he could have caught the issue that later would cause my A/C to go down. All employees except the service manager were professional. I told her my issues and she wanted to tell me all the credentials they have, trying to make me believe they are not entitled to make mistakes. She was very rude, unprofessional, then proceeded to threaten by saying she would make it a point to never service my address again as she was being obnoxious. I do not recommend her at all. The company could be used, but ensure they are checking everything.

I got quotes from several company’s and B Cool came in at almost half the price. But that alone was not why I selected them, they were incredibly knowledgable and try to over sell me a unit beyond what was needed. When they came to inspect what was needed for my installation, they looked at every detail, taking pictures and explaining how they would do the install. I was having other work done, and had to reschedule the installation three times, and each time they were very accommodating. When it came to the installation day, Adam was amazing in his knowledge and the professional job he did installing our new system. He took time to help answer my question (some not even related to the AC installation), and went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed and working. I could not have selected a better company.

I can't praise Adam & Noah high enough!! They were fast and very efficient in their work!! I'm glad they didn't charge for customers questions, because I had several!! I originally found B-COOL on Next-door (Facebook) where they were highly recommended! I am defiantly keeping their card for future use! B-COOL is even taking care of my Clay Electric rebate!

Very helpful in getting prompt repair visit scheduled given my a/c/heater not functioning. Office staff friendly.

Service gentleman was prompt in arrival, very polite, explained all that he was doing and finding, presented repair options and costs which allowed me to make an informed decision. Went and picked up needed part and repaired promptly. Checked to be sure unit functioning properly before leaving. Left work area clean and neat. Would not hesitate to use again if need arises.

Mr. Ivanchenkov was fantastic. Our condensor compressor kicked the can, and he made sure to come back the very next day with the new one to install. We went 4 days without AC during a heat wave, and my wife was 8 months pregnant at the time so we were extremely thankful. He was very polite and great to talk with. Very down to earth dude who knew what he was doing. He also helped instructing a "helper" who I believe is getting on the job training. I have nothing critical to say of the guy.

Good company… very nice technician. Always in time and affordable.
