I have used B-Cool for approximately 12 years. They continue to have professional technicians and provide excellent service. Today's service tech Tony lets me know the company is going forward with the same standards of quality, value and excellence.

I highly recommend this company. We have used them for years. They installed our system a number of years ago but we used them even before that. We needed some maintenance work done this week. They came right out. Jared was our tech. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about our system. We ended up needing a few repairs, which he happily did. He really went above and beyond. I've never had an issue in all the years we've used B-Cool. They are honest and very reasonably priced. I was shocked at the low price this week for the work that Jared did. Wonderful company and employees, we will continue to use and recommend them. Thank you Jared for your help!

I've been using B-Cool for over two years and I am a 64 year resident of Jacksonville. Over the years I have used a number of different AC companies but they are the only one I will use from now own. Matt, the owner is a great guy. Came to my house a couple of years ago to quote me on a Mitsubishi split unit. His pricing was awesome an install was great. I feel they are an honest run company I can trust. I had service on a split unit today, Adam was the tech. Great guy, knew what he was doing and did a great job. On time, clean service and friendly. If you are looking for a good trustworthily AC company give B-Cool a call.

A/c went down. Called this morning and they had a tech out earlier than expected. Denis was my technician, and he was very friendly and was happy to answer any questions I had! Price was fair as well. Will definitely be my first choice with any future AC needs.
