They were the least expensive quote we could find at the time we bought our unit, courteous and a good experience. Fast forward a year and we have a leak from the unit that damaged our ceiling (it’s in the attic). They fixed it for free but the leak was caused from it being installed at an incorrect angle. The shut off switch from the water flow pan wasn’t triggered because of this, thus the leak. B-cool wouldn’t repair the damage it caused from their mistake. Fine. The humidity in our house rose to 60-80% after this repair call, and we have had to constantly clean off mold on our windows due to the condensation. Three years later and the AC unit isn’t working. A tech came out and explained it was the thermostat setting, and he “fixed” it. The air it blew after this was luke-warm, and by the next day it wasn’t blowing at all again. The compressor isn’t turning on though the thermostat says it’s working. This unit is only 4 years old at this point. We’ve called a different company for service and won’t be using B-cool again. They are nice, inexpensive, and otherwise not bad to deal with—they just clearly don’t know what they’re doing and I’ve been disappointed too many times.

B-Cool delivered in a moment of need. Our aging AC system in our historic home finally gave out and we were in a tough spot in the Florida summer heat. B-Cool (Shawn) came the next day, on Independence Day, and checked the system out. New units came just a few days later and their owner Matt installed three in a single day. We couldn't be happier with the professionalism and speed, especially in our situation. Highly recommended.

A++ service from Shawn (their technician). He was super friendly right off the bat and knows his stuff. He answered any question I had and offered some tips I've never gotten from any other A/C service. Super happy and you've gained a customer.

Every experience I’ve had with B Cool has been exceptional. They installed a new AC until and have been servicing my 2 ACs for several years. They provide clear and detailed explanation when issues arise and always take care of it very quickly. It’s a pleasure to have found this gem!

Jerry was out at my house yesterday and made my old A/C run like brand new! Better than it has in the 4 years I have owned this house!
