I have a couple of houses and I use B-Cool for all of them. I have them do all my upgrades and I have a maintenance plan with them for every house. Their work is always high quality with a fair price. They are also very customer service oriented. I recommend them to everyone I talk to!

I have had a wonderful experience with B Cool. The owner, Matt, was very informative, answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. The two gentlemen that came to install my new unit, Jerry and Josh, performed excellent work and were very professional. The gave me a very fair price and I couldn't be more happy with the results. DO call them for yourself and give them a try. You will be glad you did.

This company is amazing. It's my first time ever dealing with them and the service tech Del who came out was so nice and tried to explain everything to me step by step. I originally had another AC company tell me I needed my coils pulled and cleaned to stop a leak that was occurring in my handler and told me it would cost me $427 to get it done. I called B Cool and that wasn't even the cause of the leak. I would have been ripped off if I went with the other company. Del even checked my unit to find it needed refrigerant which the other company didn't even check. It's so hard to find good honest people anymore that go over and beyond to not rip off people. Del was amazing and B cool is blessed to have him apart of their company. Thank you B cool for being awesome. I believe when you get good service and are treated right a good review must come of it so other people can come across it like I did by reading the good reviews.

Professional services. The technician was very polite. He explained the ac unit and how to work the remote control so I could fully understand. Thanks for the excellent services

We had a new AC unit installed after our 20 year AC unit 10 seer gave out. The people from B- cool were super professional, honest and did an amazing job installing an 18 seer recommended unit.
Shawn Davis especially. The man is professional, very knowledgeable in his craft. At the time our old unit started giving out, Sean and his people tried their best to fix the current unit. Attempted several things to save it. But it was a 20 year unit after all. Shawn Was honest, spoke from vast experience, and gave us the best options without any nickle and diming. I cannot rave 🤩 enough of the benefits of this AC unit equipment and install! The new unit cut my electric bill straight in half during the summer months. I was paying close to $700 💸in JEA and my house would barely hit 85° inside 🥵never staying cool because of the windows and the old 10 ser unit.
After the new unit from B-Cool was installed I never paid more than $400 in the hottest summer months (we have a pool and pool pump drives power bill up as well). So in the three years that we have had the new unit, it has not only paid for itself, but also saved us a ton of money yearly in electric bills costs. Not to mention my house is chill and cool in the summer months 🥶

Another amazing perk, they take care of scheduling my yearly AC maintenance without me having to remember or think about it. Once a year they call and they say “hey you due for maintenance!” And is a very reasonable fee that keeps the unit running at optimal capacity. I highly recommend this company, and will certainly continue to do business with them.

B-Cool is beyond cool. Matt not only gave us the best price for our mini split AC unit for our sunroom, he was courteous and very professional. It was installed and cooling in one day. The area was never cool with our old unit. Now we can finally enjoy this room. Great job. Highly recommend them.

B-Cool is fantastic! I’ve had two original units go out in the last 18 months. Both times, B-Cool has sent someone out within a day and each time the person has shown up on time, been professional, courtesy and honest. Each time, I’ve had to replace a unit and B-Cool has had the best prices and did exactly what they promised. Jennifer, Shaun, or Colton are the best, wouldn’t use anyone else in town.

Great price on a Mitsubishi Ductless unit and installed within 2 days. So far so good. Might have to replace another gas unit with electric and was quoted a really good price as well. Have no experience with their service calls and response time but their communication was good on getting this unit installed fast.
