Hickmans is a great group! They were able to repair my air conditioner the next day after it quit running. I was grateful and lucky because it was going to be in the mid 90’s this week. Jesse who answers the phone was great and helpful. When I would leave messages with concerns and questions she got right back to me which was great because I was out of town and I had a son and two cats I was concerned about. Scott was awesome. When no one answered the door he called me and I was able to assist him in waking my son up. I’m glad that he didn’t just pick up and leave. I highly recommend this group. They are caring, professional and reliable!

Hickmans did a yearly AC service on my system. Their tech was very friendly and knowledgeable, and their price is pretty reasonable. I had an issue with the system not working because of a clogged condensate drain line about 3 weeks after they performed the yearly service, and they came out early the next day to fix the issue at no additional cost. Lovely service and they stood behind their work, couldn’t recommend a better AC service provider!

Scott was half an hour early and friendly as can be... Hickman's came out with less than 12 hours notice... No one deserves to live without AC and these guys understand that... 10 stars in my book...

Based in Clay County, it was a stretch for them to drive to Duval to handle my system repair. They did, on time (actually early), and were pleasant, fast, and fixed my issue.
I used someone very local to install a VERY EXPENSIVE system in a total renovation we did on a home at the Beaches before we moved to our current home. After we moved, we couldnt get him to come at all, forget about timely, to help us with the most basic service.
Hickman came the next morning and fixed everything. They are my go-to AC crew. We've flipped homes for all of our nearly 50 yr marriage. Hickman is one to keep in my flip vendor list.

I highly recommend Hickman's Heating & Air Conditioning. I had previously used Waychoff's and found that the technicians didn't do the best job and was constantly trying to sell me things I didn't need. It also turned out that they failed to detect that my AC system was overcharged which was why it wasn't working efficiently. The techs at Hickman's quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it.

The folks at Hickman's are very honest and don't use pressure tactics to try to sell you needless services or accessories. They are also very reasonable and don't try to price gouge like some other AC companies. I definitely plan to use Hickman's going forward! I would also like to thank Sean as well as the technicians for taking the time to listen to the issue that I had as well as being super responsive and getting my system back up and running within the same day.

This is the best HVAC company I've ever done business with. They found a major problem that our previous service technician had missed for years. It's going to save us hundreds of dollars a year in electricity and the house is finally being properly ventilated. Check out the picture! Scott went up to the attic and found several breaks that were actually causing one of our rooms to be 86° most of the year. I can't say enough good things about this company.
