Matt and his team were awesome to work with on this installation. We were kept informed by text regarding the appointment scheduling and also that Coltin would be doing the install along with Matt. They arrived on time and worked throughout the day until the job was completed. We would definitely recommend using B-Cool for any HVAC needs.

Awesome Experience! I highly recommend B-Cool. Their customer service is amazing and they truly care. There was a quick response to our service call. Shawn was friendly, knowledgeable and gave helpful guidance. Jerry and Colton were professional and pleasant installers who made sure to take great care of our home during the installation. They were tidy and efficient as well as personable. Matt, the owner, followed-up with us after the installation. They filed all of the paperwork for our permit, product registration and rebate request - as well as made the appointment for our inspection. B-Cool is top notch!!

I manage a portfolio of rental properties as well as the property renos/flips for a local company. We have been using B-Cool for at least 8 years now. They handle everything from our tenant service calls to our full system installs, including the ductless systems. The office staff is friendly and easy to work with on scheduling, which can often be a challenge with tenants! The techs and installers are very knowledgeable and explain and provide options if there is an issue. And because price is always a factor, we have shopped around and still always land back with B-Cool because the minimal dollars in savings we have ever found with others has always equaled massive loss of quality! We not only trust them for work projects, they also handle the work at our personal homes as well.

Called to ask if they would be interested in commercial work and the receptionist just hung up without saying anything. I call people all the time for work and never have had this happen before. Beyond unprofessional, wouldnt wast my time calling them. Responds saying I called the wrong company. I am working in Jacksonville I did not call the wrong company.
