Von's Heating and Air Conditioning Repair

I had been using the same air conditioning tech for years. When I saw he was working for Von’s now, I wanted to check them out. They were less expensive than the other company and very accommodating. They are professional and I am glad I made the change. Shawn my tech is honest and always explains what he is doing . Von’s is lucky to have him and I recommend Von’s Heating and Air to my friends.

Called the company we had a maintenance agreement with and was told they couldn't come out to look at our system for 5 days. Called Von's late in the day and they were out the next day before noon! Fixed the issue in less than one hour and we signed a new maintenance agreement on the spot! There was no pressure whatsoever. Excellent response time and very professional! Highly recommend!!!

Thank you for sending a understanding person. He has very kind and empathetic words. I'm so sorry for my tears. My 2yr old niece was murdered. Right now I can't hold back the sorrow and pain. But Bob was very sympathetic and he did locate the issue with my unit. Thank you.

I was so worried about having to sleep with no A/C. Chris H came out right on time and fixed the issue same night.

I’ve had such a good experience with this company! My ac went out again the following day. They got there within 45min Chris and Tyler tried to fix the problem unfortunately my A.C. had reached its capacity and needed to be replaced. Assisted me with a credit from the day before and put it on to my new unit. Ernest came out and set me up the very next day with a new AC. They’re great all around. Personable, punctual and knowledgeable! Thank you all.

My A/C quit last night. Sent message for appointment to Vons, they answered in about 15 minutes. Requested service and Chris was at my home within another 15 minutes. Chris diagnosed the problem replaced parts, serviced system, cleaned drain and tested. All took about 45 minutes. Chris was friendly but all business. Competitive price. I am extremely satisfied with the service that I received. Will be calling them the next time I need A/C work done.

I can only say that Ernie and Brandon provided the best AC service I have experienced in over 35 yrs of having companies come to my residences. Throughout the process not one hiccup. All work items were handled in a timely and professional manner. A definite well deserved 5 star rating.

Called Von’s as our a/c froze up the night before and was barely cooling. Had a tech out in 2 hrs from initial call at 8:30am. Never have I had any a/c company out in 2hrs. Tech found leak in coil, we weighed our options of repairing a 12yr old unit that has had multiple expensive fixes in the past vs a brand new unit with a fantastic 10yr parts/labor/refrigerant warranty. We ended up choosing a new unit. Price is not the cheapest but that warranty on the York products they sell sold me. Prior unit was basically the cheapest option 12+yrs ago and only had parts warranty. We easily dropped 5k for labor and refrigerant over the yrs for major repairs. So that prior cheap unit in the end was not much cheaper than the new more expensive unit that is covered solid for 10yrs. Great experience with Vons from start to finish we had a brand new unit in our home in 13hrs from first call at 8:30 am. Very responsive, constant communication along the way of when techs were on the way, professional techs, install tech stayed till almost 10pm to get us up and running that night. I’ve dealt with a few a/c companies around town over the yrs and have never had this good of an experience.

I received an appointment the same day I called, the technician showed up slightly late, but they called. The cost for replacing the blower unit was a shock. I told the technician I could cover the cost tomorrow and he said that would be OK and he could leave a portable AC unit behind to help me sleep comfortably. When he returned from his truck, his office would not authorize leaving behind a portable unit. This is a case where the owner made a bad call in my opinion. Had he left the AC unit behind so I could sleep comfortably tonight I would allow him to do the install tomorrow regardless of the cost. However, I will not allow him back and he made a quick $99 from me. So all the good reviews, mean nothing. Because I’m sure his house was perfectly cool tonight.

Our A/C wasn't working properly and blowing hot air. I called Von's heating and air, they were able to come out that same day. Josh was very professional, he found the problem pretty quickly and had it fixed within the hour. I will definitely be using them from now on. Thank you so much!

My AC stopped working. Vons got me an appointment within two hours. Tyler showed up on time, immediately diagnosed the problem, repaired it on the spot and had me back up and running within 20-30 minutes.
