Maria was polite and professional he took the time to explain everything that he was doing he arrived on time and took care of the work quickly. I'm very pleased with the service that I received.

Josh was professional and on time, informative explaining what the problem was and quickly fixed it for us! Got us on a great deal and maintenance plan for if anything happens again!

My old AC was on its last leg. Called a competitor who came out added refrigerant and was advised it had a leak due to the age it wouldn’t last long. Called the competitor 3 times for an estimate of a new unit, never got a callback. A friend highly recommended Vons AC advising that Derrick awesome and very professional (haven’t met the infamous Derrick but his team stands up to the hype) they came out the same day gave me an estimate told me the install could take place the next day. We opted for a week out, they advised 6 hours it took about 4 Chris and Austin were awesome and very professional.

Had to call as my thermostat was reading and error and it was 82 in my house. Called and was promised a service tech would be out between 5-7 he arrived about 4:30. Taylor was through and determined it was the thermostat. I would recommend to anybody looking for a reputable ac company!

So just a quick update all work has been completed we just had inspection and duct cleaning about a week later outstanding work Rafael took care of us for duct cleaning such a polite and patient man. Thank you so much for all your help five stars for sure.

I feel that I got a good price on an excellent unit with financing that I can afford a great warranty to boot . The guys showed up on time, got the job done, they were professional and friendly. I would recommend V o n s to anyone .

Unacceptable. From ownership down. Finally got around to updating this post. Do not recommend. They replaced my evaporator months later ac not working. Replaced condenser. Which they paid for. (Neglectful work by their tech damaged it) Months later ac not working. Try to get them to come out again. They said no. Hired another company, Air excel. Found the leaking lineset. Not only can they not diagnose an improperly working a/c , they left thousands of dollars on the table. Never asked for anything free, just asked them to do what they claim to do for a living. FIX HVAC SYSTEMS.

David Allen was the epitome of customer service. Information regarding preventative maintenance to save my wallet and respect the companies time was provided. Everybody's time is valuable and David understood that. Teaching me something that takes 5 mins but could strip the company's time for emergency services needed to help another family, I respect. This man has foresight and experience and most importantly common sense.

Will use again! Everyone was friendly from start to finish. David, our technician was great, explained the issue, and was thorough with the diagnosis. Thank you!!!
