All Pro Heating and Air LLC

We have been using All Pro Heating and Air for many years. Their staff is always efficient, friendly and reliable. We have used them for many different services from repairs to replacement of units. Their prices are always fair, their employees are always knowledgeable and courteous and the work is always done in a timely manner. The company is locally owned and operated. I would highly recommend them for any of the services they provide.

This company was great, until it come time to communicate with me. Rather than let me know the parts were taking longer than usual to order they were not returning my calls. I know this to be the case because I called off my phone and it went to voicemail and then used a friends phone and they answered on the first ring. Very unprofessional.

I have used many other HVAC companies in the past. None of them were as reliable, dependable and honest as All Pro. After having my older system serviced by All Pro I decided to have them install my new system. The install went very smoothly and I’m pleased with the price, quality of the system and their follow-up maintenance program.

I’m also pleased with their technicians, especially Cliff. The owners of All Pro are the best. I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

All pro gave me same day service and showed up an hour earlier than my scheduled time, Clifford, the tech that came to my house was very professional within 10 minutes of showing up found the leak on my outside unit, fix reserviced the feron and good as new, very reasonable price, actually cheaper than I expected. I will definitely use them in all my future needs and most definitely recommend them to everybody I know.

Do not go anywhere else. This is the absolute best HVAC company! They are more than just a company, they are empathetic of your issues and try their best to get to you as soon as they can! They do an amazing job with a smile. Love this company!

Not Responsive, Questionable knowledge of craft:
I used them for service calls over the past two years. Every time they came out it was something different. One time they claimed a thermostat in automatic mode caused my problems. Another time the tech claimed one wire was installed wrong, fixed the one wire and charged me $180 plus the $60 service fee.

What really turned me off was their lack of response. On several occasions I had to followup with the company on scheduling a fix. Tired of this, I finally decided to get a new system and called their office twice to get a quote. Each time they never returned my call. Nothing. I of course went with another company, brand new system and all.

Edit: $120 to repair wire and $60 for service fee.

I’m very pleased with my experience with All Pro! All staff members I’ve encountered are friendly and professional. I’ll definitely be calling again for any future ac needs!
