We've had great service from Air Technology HVAC, called on Memorial Day and got an instant response, they offered to send out a technician even though it was late in the evening.

Owen was polite and professional, completed the repair and the price was reasonable.

We've had their service on multiple occasions and have always been met with prompt, professional, reasonably priced services, they were not trying to sell us a new unit.

Having tried several repair services with less than optimum results, we'll stick with Air Technology HVAC

In a time when customer service has fallen by the wayside, this company goes way above and beyond to make sure their customers are well taken care of. There is not enough stars to give Owen, James, Chris, and Chrisy. We have always gotten immediate responses, and when our compressor went out, they did everything and more to have it fixed same day, and didn't over charge us, even for same day service. They have never once given any kind of impression that doing anything to make us happy was an inconvience. Actually, the complete opposite. This company gives back faith in the customer service industry, and man kind as a whole. All around great people, great service, great attitudes, and great prices!!!!!

I have been with this company for over fifteen years and until recently had depended on their reliability and excellent customer service. Sadly that is no longer the case. Over the last two years I have constantly had to call them and once had to visit their office to schedule maintenance service on a machine that they installed. This year several calls to them and utilizing their "new and improved" scheduling web site has been no joy. All I receive from them are responses from gruff and surly office personnel and have received several, "we will call you back in a few minutes" blow offs. I have to sadly cease doing business with this organization. Based on my recent responses I have also told three people who were seeking to move to Air Technology from another services not to do so. I guess they have gotten too big for their own good.

Air Technology has been our go to for service for several years now. They are always quick, pleasant, and reasonable. Owen takes great care of us.
