I’m always happy with my service from United Air Temp. I found them through my home warranty company and they always follow up with me and keep me posted on repair and parts statuses. I recently had my AC unit serviced and my dryer ducts cleaned. The tech arrived early and was professional and friendly. The prices are very reasonable and I will definitely be keeping them on my list of go to pros as well as referring them to family and friends. Thank you for treating me like a VIP!!

I was expecting him at nine he got here at 9:55. Actually, I thought he was coming at eight but then found out that you do not have appointments until nine. I still do feel that you guys do a fantastic job, but at the price of almost $400 a year is high. In South Carolina for the same service two times a year and the same guarantees we get it for $160. Just saying.

I have used United Air Temp for as long as I’ve lived in my house 24 years. They have always been reliable and on time and give exemplary work. The technician Anthony has been to my home several times so you actually get to know your technicians, which is another plus. I would highly recommend United Air Temp.

The service technician, Tung, was exceptionally neat, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the work he performed and give advice to best maintain our systems. He even returned the next day to bring back a tool that he had inadvertently taken! I have used this company for years and will continue to do so as I have come to appreciate their superior quality, professionalism and workmanship.

The a /c technician was knowledgeable and kind. I do not like the way he took the temperature of the air by poking a hole through my flex duct. He gave me advice on how to prolong my capacitor Life With a hard start kit for $175.00. I researched the cost for the hard start kit and at most it would caused forty five dollars. The labor after watching the video is very simple and the fact that he already had the AC open to install the new capacitor, should have saved additional labor money. I felt like he was taking advantage of me with that price. I would have paid no more than $100. I bought the Quick start kit for twenty three dollars from r e michael's. Installation took me twenty minutes.

After previous negative interactions with other AC repair "professionals", it really was a breathe of fresh air to get someone transparent about pricing. And scheduling services was a breeze. Plus they do plumbing too, which is my next repair project. They were recommended to me by my boss and I'm glad I listened. And yes, I noticed my unintentional puns, LOL.

Extremely professional and I highly recommend. Service was fast and professionally done. They called when they said. They ordered the part and within the week it was installed. They checked everything to make sure it was working properly. We're very happy with the service and timeliness. Thanks!

I pray the manager comes today at scheduled time. Attempting to sell me vs properly diagnosing issue and repairing my unit per my insurance company. Closed out case without reporting finding to Warranty company. Please call me asap this morning!!

We have used United since 2018. Both basic service (fall and spring tuneup) and emergency repair in summer and winter for cooling and heating. They seem to always take care of it nicely. They also have a good scheduling service so that they come on time.

United Air Temp is always my go-to company of choice when anything needs fixing in our house, but today's service from A/C professional Wesley was INCREDIBLE. Wesley went ABOVE AND BEYOND to not only fix the first problem that he found, but to continue to search deeper and find another issue that, had he not had the perseverance may have continued undiagnosed and then it would have caused bigger issues and expenses to us down the line. He worked independently, and with no hurry or stress--he truly wanted to solve our problem PROPERLY and was so humble and kind about it. He stayed in communication with me via phone when I had to step out, and did not leave until he was sure he had completely solved our issue for GOOD. Just amazing to find such dedication and expertise in such a young man. BRAVOOOO!
