Glenmont Heating and Air have serviced my home for 22 years and that should say it all. The technicians servicing my home have all been knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and trustworthy. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone in need of AC/Heating needs. The yearly service plan is also recommended and worth it in my opinion. Jaime was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. Kudos to Glenmont Heating and Air for hiring this young man. He, like the other technicians that have been in my home are an asset to this company.

Eric not only did a great job, but he was kind, honest, and very sweet to my older dog. I trusted his assessment and his work and felt that the price he gave me was more than fair. I will definitely be using Glenmont Heating and Air again! Thanks for the great service!

Wish they would have connected the pipes, which caused the leaking of the water into our living room during the spring service. There is always a next time!

Eric has done our HVAC inspections for a number of years and he always does an outstanding job. He is thorough in his inspection, always washes the filter, identifies any problems and suggests the proper repairs. He also takes the time to explain every part of the inspection and the results. Finally, he is always friendly and cheerful; very easy to work with. Thank you, Eric, for always taking such good care of us!

I’ll start with the pros: Glenmont AC was readily available to install a through-the-wall AC Unit in our apartment, and quickly adapted to challenges that arose during installation. Everyone on their team was kind.

The downsides? The quality of work was poor (including a literal hole in the wall that required another contractor to fix), they attempted to charge hundreds in additional labor cost after the install without prior communication, and after the unit started having major issues days outside of their 1-year service warranty period (and after only 3 months of real use) they failed to take any responsibility. After speaking with multiple other HVAC contractors about the issue, I have been repeatedly told the unit was improperly installed by Glenmont, to such an extent that the other HVAC companies won’t even service it. Glenmont’s owner’s response? We gave you all the options, and this is the one you chose. Fair enough, but I’d generally expect a HVAC company not recommend something that could fail so soon. The lack of support from them hurts nearly as much as the thousands I now get to pay for another brand new AC unit.

Ultimately, though I hope my experience with Glenmont was a one-off bad experience, I can’t recommend them.

Beyond impressed with Glenmont. Tim and the install crew really helped me out yesterday on the hottest day of the year installing my new 24 SEER High Efficiency Heat Pump. I will always recommend Glenmont for years to come. Thank you Glenmont Team

My recent issue was not an easy fix, and unfortunately required 3 separate hvac visits to diagnose and fix. Glenmont was professional, thourough and incredibly responsive. Further, when diagnosing the problem they called out a senior technician at 4pm on a friday to ensure that the root cause that was identified by my technician was correct.

Jamie was very polite and informative. He respected my house and did an excellent job tuning my HVAC system. He explained all critical data points and their meanings. I would highly recommend Glenmont and Jamie.

We've been Glenmont customers for 15+ years, with a maintenance contract that includes several systems. All the service people have been great - on time, professional, friendly, and willing to explain what's going on with our HVAC systems.
