First class goes to Nelson, amazing technician, not only he is professional but his attention to details truly remarkable plus his timely responsiveness is amazing.

Nelson is exceptional. He is knowledgeable, reliable, respectful, courteous and diligent. He is able to diagnose the problem correctly first time around. I will be using Gaitan Services for all my HVAC needs. It was a pleasure working with Nelson.

Nelson was a pleasure to work with. He responded promptly to our call, clearly explained the problem with our A/C, and offered options for solutions. We were scheduled quickly and the job was completed as described in his proposal. They replaced our compressor and now it is working great! We (Hearing Doctors) would definitely use Gaitan Services again.

Nelson Gaitan was tremendously helpful when our gas furnace stopped working during a recent cold winter spell. The furnace outage happened on a Friday evening. Even though many parts suppliers were closed on Saturday, Nelson made the effort to get in contact with suppliers in the area and help us to evaluate what replacement parts were immediately available for what cost. He then installed a new gas furnace that Saturday evening and stayed for 7 hours to finish the job before a snowstorm was scheduled to hit that Sunday. We greatly appreciated his responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to get the job done under challenging circumstances.

Nelson is a true g m a man of his word and always out to help. I met him 10 years ago when he replaces the inside/outside unit in my condo for a fraction of other companies. Since then he has replaced my gas water heater, when I did a kitchen renovation he did all new duct work for me, he is my go to guy for all things heating, AC, HVAC I don’t even look anywhere else. He really knows his stuff, and is always very reasonable!

Gaitan Services - Nelson Gaitan - has been a lifesaver for several years. Hard to find services like this with integrity - help you with what you need help with, not sell you what you don't need. So grateful for people like Nelson as he'll have my business and referrals forever. Just got a new water heater installed and they went above and beyond to ensure I have what I need (not just a tank but an overflow smaller tank and piping that fits around the unit and doesn't protrude.). I have some other old pipes that need replaced but luckily it's not an emergency. Appreciate the quality and professionalism.
