Andrew came to complete a problem he had diagnosed at my aunt's home. He explained that the fan was no longer working and would have to be ordered. He would return to complete the work. True to his word, Andrew returned this morning. He came in and immediately went to work. What amazed me was the fact that he had completed the job in record time! What stands out about Andrew and HAS, received a call to let me that Andrew was on his way. Andrew called shortly after that to let me know that he was on his way. As I stated earlier, Andrew completed the job and advised me of the importance of having the unit serviced twice a year. I made note of the advice. My thanks to Andrew and the staff who made this a very pleasant experience. Everyone was courteous and I couldn't have asked for more.

Tom came to my home and was very professional. Quickly determined the issue within my duct system and gave me a couple options to remedy the situation and prevent future issues. Placed order for UV light and they will sanitize and clean the whole duct system when they come to install the UV. Price was as expected and upfront with no surprise increase. Thanks again Tom

Technician diagnosed problem quickly. Had to leave to pick up part, but returned quickly because he had coworkers meet him half way so that I wouldn’t have to wait long, as I needed to go to work. Replaced part quickly as well.

Aaron, the technician, did a great job walking me through each part of the HVAC maintenance checkup he performed. I feel confident that he did a thorough job and I have better understanding of my HVAC system as a result.

John was focused and very detailed oriented. I appreciated his honesty and ability to take care of my furniture in the process of working on the vents.

Aaron did a very thorough and effective repair of significant problems on our central heating system. He also provided much very important information about the safe operation of our heating system that had never been given to us by other repair/maintenance companies over many years of service.

They performed a AC/heat system maintenance in the spring - after they left the heat wasn't working. They weren't willing to come back until fall. Last week they diagnosed that we needed a new gas valve and induction motor - when we called our home warranty company - their technician said that the gas valve had been shut off during the previous maintenance and now had corroded to a degree that it could not be opened back up. Cannot recommend them. When we asked Home Air why the heat wasn't working. - they failed to mention that they had shut off the gas valve and instead were trying to get us to buy a whole new system.

Home Air Services and their entire team were great to deal with. I have previously used them for repairs and air duct cleaning when I first moved into my home. Then a year or so later when my AC unit finally kicked it, I called them again. They provided quick, prompt service in the middle of the Summer, which I can only imagine is their busy season. Nick, the primary tech, did great work and spent the entire day at our house to ensure we had AC back running before he left. The team put the new AC into a better location than it was previously located and ran all new lines. Everything looks super clean and all the work areas were cleaned up when they left. Great experience and great prices. Will definitely use again in the future.
