Technician Michael arrived promptly as scheduled and very politely wore clean floor booties in our house and explained his work clearly and thoroughly to us. We appreciate his very professional mannerism and we were shortly informed by his team that the parts needed to fix our system was on order. A few days later his team called to set up a return appt to install the part. It’s really nice to be kept in the loop where with some other contractors we kept having to call them to ask what was going on. Everything from appt making to home visit with United Air Temp has been pleasant, which is somewhat unusual these days. Thanks UAT! Hope to have our heater back working soon.

Technician was very professional and personable from the initial phone call to the end of service, which was a few hours. The AC problem was more complex than expected and he was thorough with explaining things to me step by step and took his time correcting the issue.

Josh was able to quickly and accurately assess the issue and of course implement a solution. He demonstrated knowledge in his field and was a good communicator. I will keep this company in the Rolodex for future needs.

United works with great level of integrity and ethics, they worked to the point, give customer exact details and repair accordingly! I recently had another vendor who radiculous charged for nothing! I recommend United air for all work that they do!
