Donnell is a sweetheart of a person and very competent as a technician. He performed the maintenance, gave me a clear description of what he found and what he could do to deal with issues and what the cost was for uncovered services. He was also helpful by phone when I had a problem getting the system to shut off after he had left. I've always found the HVAC techs capable (some more personable than others). I've been a customer for about three decades for all HVAC services but AC maintenance is what was done in most recent visit.

My heating system was broken so I contacted United Air Temp. I was on their schedule within 24 hours. The technician was timely, courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue within minutes of arrival. He ordered my part and once the part was scheduled, United Temp contacted me about a follow up appointment. The appointment was scheduled for later in the afternoon a few days later, but the technician was able to come in the morning of that day. My system is now fixed and the experience was a great one! I would highly recommend Marcus from United Air Temp.

For the first visit the technician was 2 hours late and only responded after I called United Airtemp twice. When he arrived, he did not have the part which was needed. The second visit was also late by 3 hours and they only responded after I called the dispatcher. This time they had the part but they refused to install a thermostat, stating that they needed an additional 100 for a simple installation.

The service tech showed up as promised--it was an emergency call--and spent time explaining the issue so we could make sure it did not happen again.

Excellent quality maintenance at a fair price. Always try to sell their annual service contract which is overpriced snd unnecessary, unless your AC or furnace is very old and likely to fail.

Great experience so far, waiting for a part. Scheduling was timely; tech arrived timely; did extensive review of problem, consulted with others and was able to diagnose problem.

United Air Temp is the only company I will use for maintenance of my 2 HVAC units and any repairs. I always request Marquis! He is very professional and very very qualified and he works very hard to maintain my systems and to make sure he repairs them and expedites any parts that are needed. This gives me comfort when everything has been in limbo since the pandemic. I am a realtor and always recommend United Air Temp to my clients and friends.

I have been with this company since 2013 and I can’t say anything but good about them. Very professional, friendly, responsible and knowledgeable staff. Last Wednesday my A/C broke down. Jamie was the technician assigned to the job. He came on Friday found the problem order the part and came on Sunday and fixed it. I really appreciate his ethics and workmanship . I highly recommend this company and if they offer any protection plan do not hesitate getting it. That broken fan and it’s repair cost me Zero dollar.
