United Air Temp

United Air Temp is welcome at our house any time. The tech arrived as scheduled, quickly analyzed our situation then set up a revisit for the repair. On the return trip they had us back up and running quickly. They did a repair for me about a year ago and they displayed the same level of care, communication and availability for my questions and concerns. I highly recommend them! Five stars!

Jeremiah is outstanding. He’s our local regional manager. He’s responsive, professional and gets the job done right. Kevin has also been an incredible help. So thankful for these guys.

This company United air temp was very efficient. They scheduled my service call within 24 hours; My hot water heater wasn’t working. The technician worked hard to fix the issue and replace the part that was needed. The manager also arrived to assist him. I am very happy to have hot water again!

Our AC broke over the holiday weekend, and they reached out within 24 hours to schedule our appointment. I was so greatful for them coming out in a timely manner. Our tech that came out was extremely professional and explained everything that was wrong and how he can fix it. He wasn't pushy about any extra services just offered the acid wash as there was buildup on the outside of it. Would highly recommend this company.

It took 2 months 6 services to fix the issue, but the technician never stopped trying and he was definitely a man of his word and kept real expectations. Honestly the technician was great as far as customer service. Austin was awesome

When I arrived home one evening the house was at nearly 80 degrees and the thermostat was set at 72. I used my home warranty plan and United Air was assigned to me. What great luck. From the first interaction (setting up the appointment) to finally getting my A/C repaired it was a flawless experience. They get an A+ for timeliness on all accounts, the repair guys were professional, outgoing and really a pleasure to have around my home. The repairs were done quickly and the A/C unit was back in business by evening. Thanks very much!

Bruno came to help in a desperate situation through our AHS contract. For the first time ever with an AHS contractor I felt confident in the quality of the service. Bruno took his time and solved our issues, made reasonable recommendations to improve and prolong our system.

You never know what you’re going to get when you go through American Home Shield, but United Air was great! Techs came when they said they would and fixed my plumbing issues quickly and efficiently.

Great. Very professional and friendly. It was obvious that Christopher really wanted to take care of our A/C unit. He showed that it is important to him by explaining things and helping me decide on the best options for maintenance.Very impressed with his work ethic.He did not rush through it at all.

Set up A/C PM through my home warranty. UAT was fast! Appointment was set up that day. Tech (Bruno S.) called ahead the day of the appointment and showed up on time. He was courteous, friendly, professional and completely thorough in his work! He performed pm work that none of the previous (other company's) techs, that we've used in the past, did, like removing and cleaning the blower wheel. I highly recommend UAT and Bruno!
