First I want to say this not about the technicians per se. The company has no integrity, I was told lie after lie about my part. It took the over a month to get my system up and running, American Home Shield is partly to blame for not managing their contractors better. If they had done a full diagnosis the first time the real issue would've been discovered. 7 visits and 45 days later it's finally fixed.

I do want to say the two techs that came out to the house were efficient and polite but the process needs work.

If it weren't for my home warranty I would've called someone else. I would not recommend nor would I chose them if I didn't have to.

United Air Temp provided very prompt service to analyze & repair home HVAC equipment issue. Lead tech Austin & associate are very professional, knowledgeable, & competent in providing efficuent service to resolve the issues. Based on this, highly recommend UAT for any HVAC needs.

We have lived in our home for 41 years & have our now-24 year old AC system serviced annually. This is the first time that the HVAC service tech (Gary from United Air Temp) COMPLETELY serviced our unit. He not only did the normal maintenance checks, but also cleaned both outside AND inside the air handler in the garage and the compressor in the backyard. I would HIGHLY recommend Gary in his service tech capacity and hope, should our system fail and we have to call American Home Shield Home Warranty for service that we would be able to request Gary perform our service.

the tech Mr. Gary saint fleor is a pro, he was very knowledgeable and took his time and answered any and all questions my wife and I had and we had a few. after his cleaning and inspection of our AC, he showed us whats needed, he explained why its important to the systems care, he was very personable and easy to communicate with. when its time for my next AC matainance i would request they send gary.

A/c issue excellent service. Kudos.

The technician was very friendly, and he went in and out to check the unit then he service the unit. I also like that he wear a cover over his shoes.

Kitchen faucet was replaced. Paid 240.00 to you to have installed. Seems high.

This company was assigned thru my home warranty company the tech showed up on time but didn’t come with a ladder or flash light nor had his badge visible I only knew it was him because he was in company vehicle I noticed from his work attire he was not ready to do the work his jeans were super tight anyways he assessed the unit inside and out took temp they house and from the inside unit he struggled to look behind the main duct with his phone camera to take a picture to see that there was a hole it wasn’t visible to me nor him without him taking a picture remind you he was thru my home warranty he advised me to cut a hole in my wall to access the duct instead of accessing from the attic which you could stand on a ladder and look directly at he then spoke with his supervisor and ended the visit but reported to my home warranty a lie stating I told him the issue was a month old after I filed a claim a day ago and claim was denied by home warranty this company is a rip off and very unhonest and unprofessional and the tech was super lazy now I’m still stuck without my unit being fixed and reporting them to bbb attached is two photos where he reached behind the unit after finding issue and pulled the remaining piece down the nerve wanting me to pay for the home warranty service $80 a month for 12 months $125 service fee and to have a piece of my wall cut out

We like how United Air Temp gets the repair done quickly, economically and right. We are pleased with their services!

They fixed my valve fast and followed up with more services I needed.
