I can not believe this company had me on hold for 30 mins and then on hold again for 40 mins. I was using them through American home shield. They contacted my husband (who missed the call) and never was able to schedule an appointment. I have never seen such poor customer service and lack of care for a persons time than I was given by Ray and Ryan. The amount of holds I was put on and then when I requested to speak to a supervisor I was never transferred. I will be complaining further to the business burue. Take your business elsewhere.
I been a loyal customer of this company for 10 years. In the past the service and reapairs were always slow but somehow manageable. But now I been without AC for almost two months in Florida weather due to the inexperience of the first technician that the company sent to fix my unit. The technician pretty much fried the unit and since then they have come every other 10 days with more parts and still they can get it fixed. I did buy the unit from them and I have warranty plus their maintenance and repair service contract. Every time I call dispatch doesn't know anything more than the usual speach about parts take 7 to 10 business days and that a Manager will call me but they never do. I even offered to pay the repairs with other company then bill them but they won't allowed me to do that either. Terrible experience I do not recommend this company anymore
Kevin was great he said I needed Freon so I gave him $135 I told him I just gave another company $250 for Freon two weeks ago he says I don’t know you need another one so he put it in my unit has been freezing up since you left same problem I stated to him I’ve had the problem for many weeks so no am I happy I am not happy at all somebody better call me as soon as possible. Then he tried to show me your service contract for $400 he was here because I have a service contract already with American Home Shield
United Air installed my new units 10 years ago. I have stayed in compliance with my system maintenance schedule. I have always had great responsiveness in scheduling regular maintenance within a week of calling and they are here within 24 hours if there is an emergency. This week, the tech suggested a service that has SIGNIFICANTLY improved the performance of my A/C.
Richard was awesome when servicing my house. He showed me different areas I need to watch and keep clean. He provided the measurements of my air filter needing to be bought. This was all greatly appreciated. I would have him back any time.
