The repairman was knowledgeable and professional. Explained the situation to my husband and I for a better understanding of what the problem was after he was done. It took him no time to get the job done

Hired thru home insurance referral for a pipe leak. A week after initial appointment call my house still had the water shut off due to the leak. Supervisor rude, plumbers that went to the house did not seem to want to work. Will not waste money n time calling them.

Peter is very polite, professional and down to earth. He not only fixed my ACs but also provided clear explanations well and answered all my questions patiently.

UAT - the technician was knowledgeable and found my problem. Unfortunately, the a/c couldn’t be fixed. I’ll need a new system. The manager was very precise in what he told us the following day. I have a complicated problem as I live In a condo .

Never upselling but instead proving excellent maintenance service and honest feedback on my older system. Once my older system gave out they offered the best price to install a new unit. United Air Temp recently serviced my AC. They responded quickly and provided a great service. In addition, they kept me informed throughout the process. Great job.

First, the tech was over an hour late. Then, he did not a ladder to access attic. Had to go buy a ladder for him to use. And then he goes on to claim AC was working when it never cooled. Even while he was there, which was less than 30 minutes!

I had my semi-yearly maintenance check recently, this time for the heating system. Eddy explained what he'd be doing, and then he did it. He was friendly and professional. He had brought the new UV lights I'd need, and an additional part that was needed was brought the next day and installed by Austin.
The appointments are always at my convenience and the techs arrive on time. I intend to keep using this company
