Second time going to store to pick something up and not in stock. Showed having 11 in stock online but not there. complete waste of time. Way to go. Pushing people right to online ordering. Won't ever waste my time again.

Excellent products at an affordable price what more could you ask for except FREE shipping. I signed up for a one year membership and received FREE shipping for the year and I have saved at least $100 in shipping costs since. I believe the membership was $39.99 but don't quote me on that.

This place has everything. All the products that I have bought have been good quality. I have also had to return a couple of items and that wasn't a problem but I did have my receipts.

Exterior Cleaning Solutions

Purchase a NorthStar 10.0 GPM Soft Wash Bleach Pump — 24 Volts after 4 days the cartridges started to leak I called warranty dept. They sent out 2 new ones again after 2 months the motor whent out they replaced it then a month later it when out again I called them they told me there was nothing they can do that It was replaced and that the warranty only cover a one time replacement. This was the worst pump kit I have ever purchased. Do not purchase there so called bleach pumps they do not hold up not worth the money you pay.

Store clerk told me, on the phone, they had no items in stock. They had 20+ fans in stock. She was too lazy to look.

Called 800# and person said she would call store to check on inventory - I was on hold 19 minutes and hung up.

Called 800# - Tony told me to call the store. I asked to speak to a manager. He lied and transferred to the store who told me there were no fans in stock.

Called 800# again. Asked for a customer service manager who was very nice and professional. She call the store and the item I wanted was in stock in the quantity listed on the website.

I ordered the product online for pick-up. This case study in how not to treat your customers has one final chapter. Hopefully, my pick up will be smooth and easy.

I love this place. Went in to purchase a welding mask for our repair shop, and found they had a number of selections of multiple brands. I purchased the middle of the road one, and we had no issues with it at all.

We also fill our flame tanks with them, and the process is super easy every single time we go to purchase more tanks.

I had made a special trip just for a Milwaukee promotion that is currently running, they did not have the promo tool in stock I had came for so I was asked for my contact info to call me once they receive another in. . . .After 5 days of waiting with no call I call them to find out they had gotten one in and just was sold yesterday afternoon . . . .and not certain if they would be getting any more in. So much for great customer support. I have ordered it from a competitor and do not intend to check back in again for anything.
